I ordered a 12 pack of soft shell supreme taco with extra meat and cheese and easy lettuce. The extra meat and cheese was a twenty dollar addition and they didn’t do any thing that I requested and paid for. My 12 pack of tacos and two meat burritos was $69 dollars. That is ridiculous amount of money for tacos that aren’t even made right. I will be very verbal about how Taco Bell has completely fallen off with the quality of their food but they are charging the equivalent amount as a normal restaurant. Good luck with your new business model Taco Bell

I went in today to grab some food like a burrito, only to find this sad, not full, not made right, burrito. This isn’t what I paid for and it is honestly sad. The moment I picked it up it slipped right out of the packageing which was also not wrapped correctly.

Third time using DoorDash to order food from this location. Order is always the same 3 tacos supreme add chipotle. Third time getting 3 plain very small soft tacos. Just lettuce cheese and a weak tablespoon (if that) of “meat”. Called to ask if they could refund the card and just charge me for the number two but they told me to fix it I would have to come to the location. I’m not mobile, hence using door dash. Only giving two stars because it’s the first time there was a manager available to talk to. Nothing was resolved and I’m still out money. Even if it’s only like 12 bucks over the last few weeks l, it’s money I expect to go to what I had ordered.

Absolutely terrible food.
Ordered 2 crunchy tacos, 2 soft tacos, and a bean burrito.
Shells were soggy and stale and had about a teaspoon of meat in ALL 4 tacos.
Beans seemed like they scraped the sides of the container (hard and cold) and tasted old.
Don’t waste your money here.

The music they listen to in the kitchen bleeds over into the music they play in the dining area and it’s not the same. Pick one guys please! I don’t care if it’s rock, rap, or opera as long as it’s the same though out the whole restaurant.

Removed the soft taco meal and completely changed around the menu #s and items for no reason. The girl who was taking my order was also snarky when I asked for a second due to the menu changes and if they still had the meal.

Went through the drive-through to get a snack and had to wait 45 minutes in line. It was frustrating because once you’re in the line you can’t get out. They had a sign outside starting pay for $25 an hour. So they clearly are trying to get employees in there. Once I made it up to the window, I could see that everyone inside was working very hard, and the cashier was super nice and smile despite all the stress. I didn’t even have to say a word and I was headed a coupon for a free taco due to the weight. I don’t think I’ve had any fast food place do something like that ever. So I just want to say good job to them and good job to the manager. I will also note that the food was perfect

Staff acted like I didn’t even exist while picking up an order. If you’re stressed out over drive thru orders piling up, just remember to breathe. I waited over 5 minutes and they acted like I didn’t exist.

The drive thru window greeted me by “my name ” you beautiful child of God, here’s your drink. All the workers were happy and high fiving. What a positive experience and excellent experience!
