To be fair, I don’t frequent this Dunkin’ often, just because I don’t live close by, but it has usually been a pleasant experience. Staff is mostly courteous & friendly. Orders usually accurate here. I have no major complaints about this location. I do find the atmosphere of the lobby clean & inviting, well cared for. Restrooms were clean as well.

Stopped in today for a coffee and donut! They actually have the plain stick donuts here! Most Dunkin’ do not have them! Nice big open seating area! Very convenient! Employees are very polite here! Place is super clean! Floor had just been mopped! Good job!

Stood at the front counter for 5 min while employees looked at us and didn’t say a word. At least 6 employees working having a conversation non related to work and couldn’t help or acknowledge me and my daughter. Drive through had 1 car and nobody in the lobby besides us.

This is a well run store for the most part but it would be nice if they would have more of their delicious snackin bacon on hand or at least make more upon request. I don’t care if it’s hot or cold! I just want it!!

Service is as you could expect from a fast food restaurant. Some days the service is polite and friendly, and other days- not so much. A simple “thank you” (you know- for helping to pay his wages) from the guy at the drive thru would have been great this Saturday AM, for example; it seemed like I wasn’t grateful enough that the guy allowed me to order from his DD.

Got to the speaker around 5:05am trying to get breakfast before heading to Quabbin. There were two workers inside, but no one saying anything. Finally at 520am one of them tells me they don’t open till 6am. Both online and the front door says open at 5am. Not the way I want to start my morning

Friendly, fast service, and very consistent. Best Dunkin’ in the area in terms of cleanliness and consistency. No burnt bagels or lazily prepared drinks. Especially enjoy Billy’s enthusiasm at the drive-thru early in the morning. Great start to my day.

Great place for a coffee, donut or sandwich! Bring your computer if you’d like. They have free Wi-Fi! Great place to meet a friend or just to chill

The server at the take-out handed me the coffees but not the munchkins and bagel we ordered. When she leaned toward us as if she was finished with our order. I asked her if she had the other items. She screamed (yes screamed!!!) that I didn’t give her time to get the rest of the order. I said: “That was rude.” That set her off again. I repeated that she was rude and drove away. A little customer service training pertaining to the appropriate manner to address customers would go a long way at this DND. I would also suggest management spend some time screening their employees. Obviously this “girl” has issues.
