This is not easy to write this report on the food quality, and lack of concern for providing excellent customer service and just in and out the door with no concern that giving a COLD pizza sitting on a non heat rack and when I got it home (6 miles away or 8 to 10 minutes drive I was told an oven went down so 20 to 25 minutes. I catually arrived at 16 minutes later and left, it was dried out and COLD so I called your store and a young man looked it up and said bring it back and we’ll make you another.
First I arrived at least 6 minutes early and it was moved to the cold rack, no one whom handled it say a word about cold, the no offer to make and bring me a new fresh and hit or at least warm pizza.
I just told the young lady whT a freat job they’ve done ” so don’t let me down tonight”. Boy when yout team bombs out they really do it with no stile or feelings about a customer pay for a dried out old pizza and non feelings when told about it.
No concern about customers paying for a poor product and cares less about your food quality.
I’m sorry to write this out here but could find on man menue of Dominos Corp web site si I have to think they don’t want to improve the brand services either.
Now the last is our true feelings about this site, we have had the best overall pizza here at this Dominos Pizza anywhere in the past but boy the quality responsible person was asleep to night
No sure if we may have to drive further to another store and hope they have and demonstrate a much higher level on providing the best QUALITY, fresh and hot or warm or we’ make it Correct not punish the customer the stores POOR product and think oh well.
Hope someone has the interest to correct this very poor customer service.
6/15/25 update;
Everyone’s always to tell bad stories, well this time we hot better service than ever had in a long time anywhere, my wife ordered a pizza for Father’s day luncheon, well somehow the address got transposed
So when she called back, the manager recognised the issue and remade the pizza and had it delivered, and credited our card. I will say it was the best overall pizza in taste and toppings we’ve ever had in a very long time.
I only hope the cook that made it stay for our next order GREAT JOB. Overall, service was the best, and the manager showed what TRUE. Customer service is supposed to look like it.
We thank entire staff for a great performance.
Another trip:
Just a great place to eat or order and drive through go home.
It’s an excellent pizza, great taste, great thin and crunchy, nicely amount toppings and very tasty, fairly priced very friendly staff workers.
I would not brag this but “even cold it’s a good pizza”.
