Diane and Jimmy have decided to spend the winters in Florida and more time with their growing family. So we have sold Sawbelly Brewing. We loved all of the time we have been involved with Sawbelly and it’s customers. Exeter Brewing Company and Tap Room powered by Lexi’s Restaurants will be opening soon.. Tylon and Cody will be in the kitchen preparing their extraordinary food and adding a Lexie’s twist we are all sure to love. Exeter Brewing is already well known in the Exeter area for their awesome New England IPAs and other craft beers and will be relocating their facility and working with brewer Bobby Jackson to bring you a variety of craft brews. Diane and I are looking forward to enjoying their food and beer, see you there!

I had been here once when it was Sawbelly. It feels much the same now, with an Asian-inspired menu with unique items – all of them delicious. Excellent service. Can be a bit noisy when the room is full. We were in a booth this time which seemed to help. For drinks, the Kentucky crush sangria was tangy and refreshing (and that marinated cherry was unreal!). In our party we had (and all enjoyed) the Reuben sandwich, cod, pappardelle, and a burger. It was busy on a Sunday evening around 5:30. We did not make a reservation and they were able to seat us immediately. Will definitely return.

Beautiful porch deck area with great stage and umbrella cover tables. Good food options kind servers delicious drinks, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely a nice place to go all year long. Great music by Bria Ansara was happening when we got there. Not sure how often they hire musicians but it’s definitely worth checking out!

We came here for the vibes, but stayed for the incredible food! I was expecting bar food, but no, my Korean sticky ribs and octopus were truly top notch! The duck flatbread and steak kebabs were also great. What’s more, this place is really family friendly- we came with a baby and everyone, including the baby, had a great time. Can’t wait to come back and sit on the patio once the weather cooperates!

I’ve been to easily over a hundred breweries and this one instantly became one of my top 10. Good beer and a variety of styles (though no sours when I was there, hoping they brew some soon) plus a full bar. The food was unbelievable. Love that they use local ingredients & it’s a scratch kitchen! The atmosphere was great, Steven the bartender was the best! 100% recommend this place if you like terrific beer, food, and people!

Excellent food! Beer is good, would be better if it was cold. Highly recommend the brisket pouting and the buffalo chicken mac and cheese! Will definitely be back.

We stopped in for their Sunday brunch last Sunday as we were out that way visiting friends. We have been a couple times before this but just for beers. My wife got the Eggs Benedict and I got the Chicken and Biscuits, we both loved our meals. We paired our brunch with a flight of beers and a full pour each. Their Palefin Pale Ale is one of my favorites and I also really liked their Volcano Bomb IPA. The staff was friendly and the brewery/restaurant is top notch.

Friendly staff, good beer, full bar, and really good food. You can eat and drink on the bar side, or opt for the quieter dining side. Either way you’re in for a treat. Don’t miss the warm pretzel bread with cheese and mustard butter as a starter. Other great choices are Fried chicken, award winning burger, prime rib, Brisket Poutine, Cottage pie. The food here doesn’t disappoint.

Great experience. Good cocktails! The Reuben Fritters were Tres’ Magnifique! The Pretzel bread was stupendous! I like my burgers medium rare, they nailed it! Most don’t.

My wife and I have been trying to carve out time to visit Sawbelly since last year. Our oldest child is part of Seacoast United Soccer and heard about it from another parent who raved about it.

I don’t often gush, but we were absolutely amazed at their offerings!

Special thanks to our server, Alex. They immediately understood our 3 year old was having a bit of an off day and brought out watermelon chunks to snack on.

The house made ice cream, pickled veggies, and beers are a delight! The IPA flight was the perfect choice today.

Dear Reader, try Bunson or Wedding.

We’re very excited to return!

Sawbelly Brewing opened recently in Exeter, NH. I have been waiting to get a chance to try this brewery out and it was so worth waiting! The food was delicious and the wait staff was very friendly. They had a good selection of beers and I can’t wait to go back and try new brews when they are released.
