The Manager Anthony had ask me how was the food, I expressed to him the burger wasn’t to my expectation, since I’m a picky person when it comes to burgers it had no flavor He offer to make another and that 2nd burger had a satisfactory flavor which I enjoyed, the shoestring fries were good haven’t had them in a long time, and the O’Ring could have been better but they were manageable. Tried all 3 sauces, I liked the Smokey flavored.
Will try the Custard the next time in the area..

This was a wonderfully pleasant store. We have eaten here many times, and each time was a 5 star experience. The restaurant is 50s diner themed, which adds to the local aesthetic and charm of the place. While the burgers take a little longer, they taste a lot better than a typical burger. A wonderful place.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is one of the few fast-food burger places that’s consistently solid every time.
The burgers are genuinely good — the patties taste fresh, the ingredients look clean, and the quality is noticeably more consistent than most fast-food chains. You don’t get that “hit or miss” feeling here.
The fries are another standout. They’re always crispy and well-cooked, not greasy, not over-brown, and not dried out like you get at a lot of other places. Every visit has been the same experience, which says a lot.
Because of that consistency alone, I’d easily recommend Freddy’s over places like McDonald’s, Burger King, Carl’s Jr., and similar fast-food burger spots. When you want a reliable burger and fries without guessing how it’s going to turn out, Freddy’s delivers.

Ordered through door dash for pickup and asked for no onions, I have a allergy and they still put onions on it, then they proceeded to tell me it was on doordashes end when it’s says on the receipt that I wanted no onions. Kindly went back to ask for a remake and they wanted me to still contact doordash when doordash wasn’t at fault.

We went to Freddy’s Sunday afternoon with some friends; and to be honest, I didn’t know what to expect. I saw some of the reviews and was semi concerned. But there was nothing to worry about on my part. The food came out hot and quickly. The fries here are better than the onion rings(!), and the cheese curds are even better than the fries! I ordered the California burger and it was decent. Then… DESSERT! If you are on the fence, I had the dirt and worms custard and it was great. I don’t think that Freddy’s is worth the drive to the Westside from the Northeast, but if I’m already on that side, I would come back.

Placed a mobile order and when arrived was not ready even though it had said it was. We waited patiently and noticed customers coming after us were getting their order before us. When we spoke up again about our order we then realized our entire order was given to another customer. We got no apologies, no compensation, and the staff did not want to admit they made a mistake with our order. We were told that a manager will take care of us but then realized the manager wasn’t there. In total we waited 45 minutes and if we had not spoke up we would have waited longer. It was poor customer service and the girl with the eyebrow piercings was the one who gave our order away and she never apologized. This was an extremely bad experience & Freddys customer service needs to take accountability for their actions.

The store was extraordinary really cleaned, one of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever been in. The employees were all courteous and helpful the food was great we had two double meat original burgers fries and a turtle sundae. The meat had an excellent taste, they were shoestring french fries not overcooked or undercooked just right wonderful taste also. The turtle sundae it’s made with custard very rich and flavorful. They play rock and roll music on their music system have pictures of all the history of the owner of the company. There’s a sign up from the owner and founder of Freddy’s and it says we will never start cooking your burger until after you have ordered it and it tastes that way very fresh. I would highly recommend stopping by and trying them!

My family has eaten there 2 times and I have eaten there 3 times. The food is delicious. The burgers are great and the fries are delicious. Portion sizes are good. The pricing is good. Have not really had any desserts there so I can’t speak on that.

We were traveling through El Paso and went to Freddy’s for a late bite to eat. The double hamburger was the best hamburger we have ever had and the Frys were great to. The food and service was 5 star.

Do NOT recommend!
We have a family of 5, so we ordered 5 combos with some additional sides. 90% of the order was given to us incorrectly, to start with and what was given to us was very low quality.
Their California style burger had a couple scraps of lettuce, drenched in whatever orange sauce (completely making the bread soggy) it’s supposed to come with a double patty and it came with one, it did come with a whole onion they didn’t even bother separating it, also it included a whole sliver of tomato and the patties were almost transparent since they were made paper thin.
We asked for a plain burger for one of the combos and yet they still added cheese to it and onions.
Our other combo was supposed to come with bacon. Shockingly enough it came with a bacon bit. One! A piece approximately the size of a dime! Whoa
We ordered 2 all American beef hotdog combos but only received 1.
We ordered a large side of cheese curds and received the equivalent of a regular sized.
The ONLY positive thing we can say about this visit is that their French fries were fresh and savory. They were of perfect serving. Buttttt we only received 2 orders of fries out of the 5 we had ordered.
Last…. The patties are greasy and paper thin!
We don’t come here often but have came here at least a handful of times in the last year and this was completely unexpected and different from the other times we’ve came by. I’m not sure if it’s the cook’s doing? Perhaps a cutdown on food supplies? Either way we were very disappointed. Especially for such a pricey fast food place.
