I ordered a calzone with vegge and canadian bacon and an order of b-b-q’ed wings. I was really hungry. In spite of this, I was thinking “this has no flavor”. The vegge in the calzone was there, but no flavor. I ate a piece of the Canadian bacon by itself — nothing. The cheese was there, no tasted. Sauce, same story. I could taste the crust. The wings were huge and meaty, but I could only taste the b-b-q sauce. Honestly, I could’ve gotten a pizza from 7-11 and it’d been better. I’ve had pizza from 7-11, if you have them make the whole pie, it’s actually — good. And very inexpensive. Here I paid primo price for poor quality food. I’ve ordered from them so many times over the years. Have I always missed this, or wasn’t I paying attention?

I come here all the time for my wings and pizza and always say please NOT KRISPY on my wings, another words please don’t burn them. I Iitterly say this everytime I place my order and they tell me oh they don’t come that way…..and yet this is what I get.
Nothing irritates me more then spending almost 8 dollars on 6 pieces of wings and seeing this when I open the box.

Disorganized staff. When a pizza is done it is brought out & put in a cozy and the guy goes back to the kitchen, even though you are standing there waiting for it. When the other guy gets off the phone taking orders, he may see you waiting and open each cozy to see if your pizza came out.
At Sierra Madre Pizza Company they are much more organized so when your pizza comes out it goes right to you. Their pizza is better tasting too.

I absolutely love Monrovia Pizza Co. I’ve been coming here since high school. I love the people who work here they’re always so welcoming and friendly. Their food is so good for such a good price too and they NEVER are stingey when it comes to toppings on your pizza! I love their pasta too i always get their spaghetti and meatballs hands down my favorite. Oscar helped us out today and he was so friendly and helpful and we’ll be back here 1000%.

Walked in at 2 pm on a Monday. Sign in the window was on, flashing “open”. 4 people inside. One watching tv, one on the phone (not talking), one just walking around and one working some dough. I was the only customer in there. Stood there and waited for 5 minutes. Nobody greeted me. No one even looked at me. They might be the best pizza ever (according to some of the reviews I read) c but I guess I will never know. Will never try them again.
