I had ordered a cheese pizza and a vegetarian pizza with green peppers and pineapple. I received a cheese pizza with something that looks like beef pieces in it and an entire beef pizza! I didn’t check while picking up the pizzas, which was a mistake. The bigger mistake was to order from this store.
The only reason I’m giving it two stars and not one is because the girl, Shy, who helped after I went back to talk them about this mishap. She was professional. Even though she was extremely busy as she was by herself, she managed to make two new pizzas.

This location is 0-2 for us. first one driver went to the wrong address. He called to tell me that he had delivered my food. After speaking he realized he had the wrong street. Blamed the system for showing him the wrong street. Second, we waited 90 mins still no food. Tracker showed order was in quality check for over 40 mins. I called the store met with instant excuses about them having 3 drivers each with 5 orders to go before they got back and another 25 orders to go out. They had not even asked for my order number. Canceled and went to another store. Avoid this location, poorly run and full of excuses.

1st time need to do a review once got the orders. This is not our usual place but we went to our aunt’s and decided to get a pizza and a chicken alfredo.
1/ pizza was order with 1/2 sausage & 1/2 mushroom but ending with mostly full pizza with sausage so my vegetarian cousin can’t really eat
2/ the pasta is even worse. There is only 1 layer, exact 1 layer of pasta with some chicken on top. It cost $6.99 .

Ordered from this Domino often, pizzas were good. Recently they make burnt pizzas, maybe due to new management. I brought the burnt pizzas back to store as requested, the answer i got was they would make the same thing if I want to exchange another one.

I just spoke with the general manager, Matt, regarding the issue of illegal parking in the “FIRE LANE- no parking” zone in front of our building. This problem has been reported multiple times, yet delivery vehicles continue to park illegally — not only in the restricted lane, but often right in the middle of the driveway leading to the building.
This creates a serious safety hazard for all incoming traffic, especially given that the driveway connects directly to a busy street.
Unfortunately, the general manager, Matt, was dismissive, aggressive, and entirely unhelpful. He described the situation as merely a “temporary inconvenience,” showing no concern for the safety or repeated nature of the violations.
I do not recommend this location due to ongoing safety concerns and unprofessional management.
