This Dunkin is the worst DD in the state! To start, every time I have gone to this location the wait is at least 20 minutes. Even when I’m the only person in the drive-thu! They’re constantly getting the orders wrong. Most of the staff are miserable with the exception of one or two of them. Today my family and I went to get breakfast and this will be the last time we ever spend money there. We ordered two refreshers and a loaded hash brown. Both drinks were wrong and when I went to eat the loaded hash brown it was insulting. No bacon and just a drop of cheese on the side of the bowl! Truly a crap place and I hope people who read this don’t ever waste their time or money on this DD!

Walked in ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam. Got it in 3 minutes and left. Just how I like my visits. Quick and easy. Lobby was clean As was the bathroom. No complaints.

They close the lobby frequently, I always order to pick up inside so even when you order ahead you sit in a long line of cars because you can’t use the lobby. Too often the coffee is getting old and isn’t hot enough and tastes burnt.

I placed an order online. I specifically placed the order for a half an hour ahead so they had an adequate amount of time to get my order ready. I waited over 30 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. In this time period I did not hear the workers communicate once when their lobby was filled with people waiting. It seems as if this place has absolutely no organization or intention to provide even decent customer service.

I keep trying to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a chance as I travel this way to work every day but every time I go there, the service is terrible, You wait in line at the drive-through just to place your order and then when you get around to the window, even if there is no cars in front of you, you are waiting at the window for almost 10 minutes to get your order every time going inside isn’t much better. I’ve tried that also. when using the drive-through, I am only ordering coffee which is supposed to be quick. but I’m waiting to order my coffeefor at least anywhere from 5 to 7 minutes and then once you get to the window, it’s the same amount of time to wait.

Dunkin drive thrus have become so slow I rarley go to dunkin anymore. This location I went inside and waited 13 minutes for a large coffee with milk.

Your service is really really slow. They’re OK with drinks but they don’t heat up the food enough. If you can go to the Middlebury or Rutland if you’re headed in that direction it’s worth the drive for better service

Trust the reviews. I came the first week they opened and they were efficient and clearly putting in the effort. The past 2 times I’ve waited over 14 minutes for a single iced coffee with milk. People that work seem to be moving in slow motion with zero care to take care of the orders. How this place hasn’t been shut down and retrained is beyond me. The guy working food seemed to be the only one trying.

This Dunkin sucks. When you’re the only car in the drive thru you are lucky to get your order in 15 minutes. Just spent over 40 minutes in the drive thru. Better off driving all the way to Rutland’s Dunkin and back and you’ll have your order faster than this place. Either they don’t have enough staff or the they aren’t working quickly enough. Don’t even consider Brandon having a Dunkin when it operates like this, drive the 20mins out of the way to a different one.

Every time I stop here early in the morning the iced coffee is sour! Without fail. I was told by a previous worker that the night crew makes it for the morning bc apparently morning workers dont have enough time. Constant feedback and they still dont solve the problem. Frustrating to waste your money.
