I ordered the chicken teriyaki cheesesteak, and it was the best thing we tried. My boyfriend got the regular Philly cheesesteak, which was pretty plain. He also ordered the boneless lemon pepper wings, and unfortunately they tasted like frozen wings and weren’t very hot or enjoyable.
I tried the watermelon strawberry lemonade it was okay but a bit too tart for my taste, so I probably wouldn’t order it again.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and our food came out quickly, which we appreciated. One downside was the soda machine could use a cleaning. It was surprising since we came right after opening and it was already dirty.

Workers were truly amazing. They actually close at 8:45 and my order was to be picked up at 8:46. They made my food and waited for me to get there to pick it up. Awesome people!!

I see why this place is empty and has the rating it does. I paid for extra sauce for my mozzarella and I only have 1 and my sandwich is sub par again paid for extra and no extra. If the workers would work and stop talking while they’re making the food they may be good.

I ordered a large chicken cheesesteak with loaded fries. I was starving so I didn’t think to check but I got home to eat. No loaded fries!!! I was full after the amazing sandwich but was still disappointed that they took my money on those fries. Does no one double check the order to make sure it has everything before they just hand it over?

Ordered 2 steak sandwiches and 2 wings meals, 4 drinks. Both steaks were made wrong, 1 wingwith wrong sauce, only 1 with fries instead of 3, and 3 drinks. Food had no taste except for grease. Staff was rude and made no attempt to correct order.

I went tonight (9/15/2023) to pick up dinner for my family 3LG cheesesteaks and a 30 count wing. And the grill cook with the tattoos they had on shift was immaculate. My family got their food, fast and efficiently. he not only rung our order up, he also cooked it and bagged it. I’ve come to this restaurant a couple times in the past and have left. Very disappointed but not this time.

I went to Charlyes last night for dinner for me and my husband. But quickly turned around after we saw the supposed manger in the middle of yelling at us about “ coming in before close “ when we arrived at 8:20 and the website said 9. If you are closing early why not be polite and ask us to leave ? Rather than shouting ? Not kid friendly and will never be spending my money here.

We went for lunch on Saturday 7/22 and had the worst experience. I approached the counter and the cashier was sitting at a table with her boyfriend. She came to the counter and didn’t even greet or acknowledge me. I didn’t get her name as she did not have a name tag or uniform on. While taking my order She never spoke one word to us and leaned behind the register the entire time. Right after taking our order She went back to the table to her boyfriend while other customers were waiting to order or get their food. She proceeded to give her boyfriend free product even after he said are you sure I didn’t pay for that. She was more worried about her boyfriend and acting like the customers were an inconvenience to her. The young gentleman and other young lady who were working the food area were the ones carrying the team as they hussled to get food cooked. The manager on duty was not there went I arrived but after 10 mins she came in and started to pull orders together. She never said anything to the employee sitting at the table or acknowledged how she was acting. Many customers were waiting for their food to be wrapped and brought to the counter but yet again her boyfriend was more important. We waited 35 mins for our food which is ridiculous. We will never eat here again.

Stood there for five minutes while the two same people were ordering. A few people were waiting for their food, but I never saw any food come out. I didn’t see much happening in the back. I didn’t get to eat, but I can say this place is terrible. No recommendations from me.
