The recipes have been passed down to me from generation to generation in the family. Each dish has been meticulously crafted with fresh homegrown ingredients.
Hours of preparation go into all the dishes to bring out the authenticity of our ‘Vietnamese’ food culture focusing on fresh and healthy creations; from the vibrant taste of Sài Gòn street food to the colonial taste of Hà Nội ‘phở’ and not forgetting the Imperial Huế sweet delicacies, using gluten free ingredients.
We hope this will help to accentuate your experience at our restaurant and if there is anything we can do to improve your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us. Bon appetite 🙂

Chicken tom yum noodles at Viet Town, Wandsworth.
Interesting broth that is not spicy. Quite sweet yet tangy with fresh pineapples.
However the broth has some dairy in it, hence tastes weird when dairy and pineapple come together.
Also chicken wasn’t fresh, it tasted like left over cooked chicken.
Noodles were the rice noodles like the ones they use in bun bo hue.

I came here yesterday and came back today because this place is truly special and the food is absolutely delicious!
My sister and I absolutely loved all the dishes and the atmosphere. The spicy curry noodles are a must-try. The portions are huge and amazing. We’ll definitely come back again in the future!

Wholesome food. Friendly staff. I was able to make a last minute reservation an hour in advance. For appetizers, we enjoyed the summer rolls and spring rolls. For our main dishes, we had the Laksa prawn and chicken curry noodle soup, Wok-fried chicken noodles and a Beef vermicelli bowl and they were all delicious! We are definitely returning with some friends.

After my first visit, I can say that Viet Town is undoubtedly a shining star in an ever growing town full of magnificent dining options. Authenticity, vibrancy and freshness is something that I find myself seeking more often and from independent businesses. Viet Town delivered on that aspect including the wonderful service from start to finish. While I felt like the only thing missing was that knock out punch of flavour from all the dishes I tried. Not to say the food lacked any flavour, however, I wasn’t blown away by anything. I cannot fault them for the portions and fresh ingredients. The food was delicious and it’s a joy for those who like a bit of spice with their meals. The authentic flavours of Vietnamese cuisine were shining through and I had a blast. The menu is so vast and tempting, I definitely want to try more next time. If you’re looking for something that leaves you more than satisfied then this is the place to be. Although, I didn’t capture all of the pictures from everything I ate, I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed.
Highly recommended

We were staying at a nearby hotel and spontaneously visited this Vietnamese restaurant. Even though it was busy that evening, a table was immediately reserved for us. The service was very friendly and extremely attentive. We enjoyed the wonderful food in a pleasant atmosphere. The Pho noodle soup is highly recommended. It comes with a plate of chili, mint, coriander, and mung bean sprouts. Very Tasty and portion size is decent. Highly recommend this place!

I have eaten at this restaurant a couple of times. To be honest, as a Vietnamese person, I would say this is the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine I’ve ever had in London. The food is consistently tasty, and the staff are very friendly and nice.

The duck and char siu with rice at Viet Town is consistently excellent. The duck is tender with perfectly crispy skin, and the char siu is rich and flavorful. Whenever I’m unsure about soup, this rice dish is my go-to — always satisfying. I know the soup is perfect for winter, but sometimes it’s worth trying the dry dish — an unforgettable experience!

It is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in London! The food was delicious with truly Vietnamese flavours, so I could feel like going back to Vietnam again! The service was quick and very friendly. When the weather is nice, I recommend seating outside – so relaxing and quiet to enjoy a meal. The food was pretty cheap and it’s very good quality for money. I highly recommend this gem in London!

I went here yesterday evening for a quick solo bite. The food tasted amazing, and the staff were so helpful in suggesting what to eat. Also it was such a nice touch that they gave me some chocolate mini eggs as a little parting snack.
Would highly recommend and would definitely come back when I am in the area again!
