Did an online order for pick up and was immediately notified that my order was ready. I knew it wasn’t ready bc I just put the order in so I don’t understand why they said it was ready. When I did arrive I had to wait still even tho my name was on the kiosk and my food wasn’t in it. The lobby area is small and was filling up quick with 7 people waiting. The guy behind the counter called my name and I walk up to the side of the counter that was wide open bc I was standing right in that corner so I didn’t have to squeeze between the 7 men waiting. He could have taken 2 steps and handed me my order. Instead he just stands there and makes a smart remark about putting me to work if I step behind the counter when I wasn’t even behind the counter. I was standing at the end of open counter. Terrible customer service

Absolutely horrible attitude from all workers. Placed an order for inside pickup, went to pick it up and the doors were locked. Younger girl proceeded to tell me through the glass with her hand on her hip like she was annoyed “you gotta go through drive thru” I saw my order and pointed to it and another young lady gave it to the First girl, she proceeded to open the door like 4 inches for me to grab the pizza. I had to use the box to push the door open enough to get it out. She then stepped out towards me and asked me what my problem was. I told her she was disrespectful and asked for her managers name. Another middle aged woman comes up behind her and says “I’m the manager what can I help you with” with an attitude. Absolutely horrible customer service, will NEVER RETURN NOR RECOMMEND.

So the last couple times I have gone in I have called my order ahead. And for the first time yesterday it was actually very fresh when I got there but usually it is not it’s lukewarm it looks old. I don’t like the drive-thru because they will look at you when you’re at the window and it’s like they expect the next person to take care of you. A few times during the day their machine will say that they’re closed and I will drive off and you’ll see everybody inside that’s happened a couple times. I feel like it’s all young kids running the store and so they don’t always have the care attitude. But if you call in your order I think you have a better chance of a fresher item at least it was that way from my last order with them

Slowwwwww. I ordered bread sticks this is insane, waited in drive thru for 20 minutes now waiting in parking space. I came here because I thought it would be an easy snack. Do yourself a favor mill your own bread and bake it. You’ll get the breadsticks faster
