Who leaves a pizza on the porch in 20-something degree weather? Just threw a perfectly good, half-frozen pizza in the trash, and just drove to Homeslice for dinner. In general, pizza delivery is now a rip off and its no wonder Uber Eats and the likes are cleaning these pizza shop’s clocks. Have you looked carefully how much it costs to have a pizza delivered now with all the BS fees attached? When they screw up your order, make them void the order and give your money back. This is their out. Don’t fall for it. You have a right to get your money back and they don’t want to have to give it to you. Don’t settle for some BS “Coupon”. Hit ’em in their bottom line where it hurts. You’re dealing with a company that automatically assumes you want your thin crust pizza cut in squares like a bunch of five-year-olds. It would seem they aren’t the brightest bulbs on the tree.

We ordered pizza for carryout. The guy that took our order was super friendly and polite. They had our order ready to go when we got there as promised. And the food was delicious! We got a gluten-free crust with extravaganza toppings. Yum!

Terrible!!! Took almost a whole hour to deliver our one large pizza and 2- liter soda. I’m assuming they made an assumption on the area I lived in and they took their time. On the app it said it would take 29-44 minutes to be delivered. I decided to time them because of this assumption. Was willing to tip more since I can afford it but they took their time so they lost money. I got text messages for the process of the pizza and only got two messages. The first one saying when the pizza was being prepped and the second one of when the delivery driver was coming (almost a whole hour apart). If you decide to order from here, don’t do delivery.

Absolutely unacceptable. We placed a mobile order ahead of time for a sandwich, bread bites, and a premade salad, with an estimated carry-out time of 12–15 minutes. Instead, it took literally 40 minutes to get our food. I was on a 30-minute lunch break, so this completely ruined my meal. If you’re short on time, do NOT order from this location. The staff seemed unorganized and unable to handle even a few orders. Rather than completing the two tickets ahead of us (including ours, which was placed in advance), they prioritized newer orders placed after ours. Poor management, poor service, and a total lack of efficiency. We will not be ordering from this store again.

Worst service in town, I’ll happily go to the one on Camino next time. Placed an order for a sandwich and bread bites at 5:00. At 5:40 my food finally started getting baked. Store was not busy and I saw them prepping pizzas for orders that were placed after mine.

Stopped in person to place my order and wait. I was told it would be 30-45 min for my pizza( they were busy) I agreed to wait. No issues( they actually got my pizza out earlier than expected)During the time waiting -two staff called in for the night so they were working short. The delivery fellas were busy stocking and updating orders-great teamwork! I was a bit surprised no one washed their hands or was wearing hair nets – maybe that’s not a thing these days? I will say our pizza was delicious- and we’ll be back-but I do hope you’ll consider wearing gloves

Look, the food was fine. Whatever. But the service? A joke. We waited an hour and a half with zero updates. Not even a “Hey, we’re running behind.” Nothing. So I finally called the store like, “Should I just come pick it up?”—trying to be understanding because hey, stuff happens. The person on the phone sounded like I ruined their day just by calling. All I got was a super annoyed “Yeah, come pick it up,” followed by them hanging up on me.
So I go in, the place is completely empty, and I still end up standing there for 20 minutes while my food is just sitting on the rack—fully ready. Not one employee asked me anything. No “Are you picking something up?” No eye contact. Nothing. It seriously would’ve taken two seconds to say, “Who are you here for?” and hand it over. I also work in a high demand environment, and so I know what it is like to be super busy, but we are always able to at least acknowledge someone who walks in.
Instead, I stood there like a ghost in broad daylight while my food went cold. Domino’s, do better.

Ordered online at 5:30 and was told it would be a 14-20 minute wait. Got there after 20 minutes and there was already 14 orders on the board. We were told it would be another 30 minutes. We understand places can be short staffed sometimes and things may take extra time so we waited patiently. The manger had no urgency while other employee did the majority of the work while the manager continued to leave the front desk and hide in the back saying her phone was blowing up and she was going to check it. She continued to complain about how no one was there but did close to nothing to help the employee who was working extremely hard and overwhelmed. We even called the other Durango location who expressed they were overwhelmed with the contact from customers they had regarding the other stores actions tonight. The other store tried to help as much as they could and was extremely apologetic. We finally got our pizza at 7:15 and there were over 18 orders on the board and 14 people in the lobby waiting. This will be the last time we get pizza from this location.
