I didn’t even eat half of it.
The salmon was dry, the rice was flavorful, the slicing was also bad. I didn’t like it at all.

I placed my order, and the app showed the delivery window as 10:04–10:14 PM. At 10:10, the app suddenly marked my order as “delivered.” I checked everything: no delivery messages, no calls, and nothing was left at my door.
I called customer support, and the manager (or owner) told me it must be a mistake because they hadn’t even sent my order yet. The courier hadn’t arrived and hadn’t picked up the food.
I explained that by the time the courier actually got to me, it would already be around 11 PM, and I don’t plan to eat that late. But he tried to convince me that driving from Burbank to Downtown Los Angeles takes “14 minutes,” which is not true anyone who lives in LA knows that even without traffic, it’s at least 25 minutes.
When I tried to explain that he was giving false information, he interrupted me and rudely asked, “So do you want me to send the order or not?” I said no, please cancel the order because it would be too late. He said “okay” and hung up on me.
At 10:52 PM, I received a message saying the order was delivered to my door when I was already asleep.
This is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for not delivering on time, they tried to blame me, claiming “we only cook” and “we don’t handle delivery,” even though they offer delivery and show estimated delivery times themselves.
Instead of solving the problem, they charged me $95 and left the order at my door almost at 11 PM. I will never order from this dishonest place again. Tomorrow I will take the cold sushi they left at my door back to them and demand my $95 refund in person.
