We went just after opening midweek. The restaurant was fairly busy. The chips were hot. The enchiladas were delicious. The food came out, literally within five minutes of ordering which was a little concerning, but it tasted great. The service was fantastic. I would definitely be here again. Ask for my salsa, though, if you can’t eat super spicy stuff. Our salsa was ridiculously hot.

So l am from West Texas, which is where Mesquite Wood is indigenous. Never not once in all my time eating this particular dish have l ever come across one that took me back to a place that’s very special in my heart. Especially the Mesquite sausage in your dish, reminding me of having cook offs in our town or parties in our front yard of our Ranch.

My daughter and her fiancé took my husband and I and my younger daughter out for lunch at La Margarita in Salem, Oregon. This was my first time coming to this restaurant and my daughter was very excited because it’s her favorite restaurant. I ordered a shredded beef enchilada. I took a couple bites and I felt something long hard and rubbery in my mouth. I spit it out and it was part of a trachea with bronchial branches coming off of it. Something like this is not supposed to be in shredded beef. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will never ever set foot in it again Absolutely disgusting!

I was on the search for margarita flights, and that’s how I came upon La Margarita. I thought the flight was cute, and I loved that you were able to choose the flavors you wanted. Of course, it feels like you drown them in three sips, but I still had fun! As for the food, I must admit that La Margarita had pretty good food. The enchiladas suizas weren’t what I thought I was ordering, but I was pleasantly surprised and ended up loving them. They were creamy, cheesy, and had bits of chicken in them. The rice was also nice and fluffy. My friend was also generous enough to share her flautas with me, and it was perfectly crisp and generously filled with soft and juicy chicken. I really liked those, too. Overall, I can see myself going back. It was a good meal!

La Margarita is one of our favorite places to eat. We enjoy the family friendly atmosphere, great wait staff and outstanding food. With our last outing I was expecting the price of the food to rise but was surprised the bill at the end of the night was much lower than I expected.

Went to dinner here last night and it was great. The place was as busy as it could get so we had to wait about 10min for a table. They sat us upstairs in what feels like a more private booth, we ordered the tapatia margarita & a cantarito margarita. Both were really good!! We ordered an extra tapatia which I believe is their own housemade mix. Food was also good
