The food is pretty good, though in the past, we’ve had a few wrong orders, and one time had a small disagreement with a server over what we ordered, but that was a while back. A few members of the staff can be dry or hard to talk to, but overall they are gardening and the food is worth trying out!

very clean restaurant and quick service. Best papa gino’s around, Bri, the lovely young lady working the counter goes above and beyond. I had placed a big order for a get together and she had assisted me out to my car, Since i just had knee surgery a couple weeks back. Just wow! So helpful! Food is always fresh and flavorful. This is the only Papa Gino’s location i will bring my business. Thanks Bri !!!

Ordered pick up from this Uxbridge location and I have to say it was by far the best interaction and customer service I have ever had there. Evelyn was not only welcoming with a bubbly personality, she was courteous, had an amazing attitude and held an awesome conversation. To have her be the first person to see and speak with when I walked in was honestly comforting. For a young girl to be so involved with making sure the customers got what they ordered and were 100% happy & satisfied really shows how much she truly loves her job. Shout out to you Evelyn and thank you!!

Haven’t been to a Papa Gino’s in many years. Walked in and the smell brought back childhood memories back. The nice young lady behind the counter Lexi was amazing, she was very friendly and professional and did an amazing job with our order. It came out hot and delicious and brought back memories. Also this location was my wife’s first job many, many moons ago. Keep up the amazing job.

I love Papa Gino’s but idk what’s going on with this location, there has been a consistent taste of grease my last three orders, like the taste when you get fries but the oil they cooked in needed to be changed awhile ago. Super bummed at the change in quality of food

Papa Gino’s has fallen. The quality of all of the food has done nothing but speed down hill. They used to be the best for pizza, chicken parm grinders, ect. Tonight was the last time we order. Whatever private equity company owns it now has gone too far.

I’ve tried over and over again to give this place a second/third/fourth chance and tonight was the last one. Ordered a Papa Platter and a hot veggie pocket, no mushrooms. Got home, and breadsticks were missing from the platter, then took a bite of the pocket only to find mushrooms, but no cheese. So then we gave them a call at 8:29pm and NO ANSWER even though they are open until 9:00pm. Called three times. I will NEVER go there again. Manager should be aware that employees aren’t answering the phone after 8:30pm.

great food here. pizza is great and cheese breadsticks very good as well. unfortunately, this is not a five because our pizza took an odd amount time. place was decently clean. not very busy at 12:00 on a friday. nothing stands out about the staff. recommend coming here.
