Went there today 1-9-26 Friday at 3:00 pm.
The door was locked and the woman inside behind the counter taking bread out looked at me and threw her hands up in the air and started mouthing something???? Then motions for me to move on ???? She didn’t seem to happy. I hadn’t been to this location in a long time and now I remember why….. will never go back.

The female working there went out of her way .I went into this subway and asked if they have the nacho subway she said it’s not until Monday. She made it anyway! By far one of the sweetest employees working at any subway. If more people like her work at subway or any other fast food chains. The service would be 1 000,000 000.00 times better experience.

I’m pretty disappointed in my order today.

I had a chopped salad, usually it’s full of salad and delicious (when I go to Ladysmith location). This salad is very sad looking and soggy…

I will say the lady that rang me up (I believe she is in training, was fantastic) the owner/supervisor on the other hand is who made my salad.

I will not be ordering another salad from this location, again.

I should’ve just ordered a sub and scraped out all of the veggies and meat and it would’ve cost $2.50 less. I think it was the owner that made my salad too.

So as advertised, a footlong is $6.99 and as I have the Subway app downloaded on my phone, I take my family in to get 2 footlong subs at the Bowling Green location. We are greeted in a small sarcasm way then as the 2 subs were being made, I pull up the subs on the phone. Sara noticed it needed to be an online order so I then tried to order online (just basic subs) then for some reason every sub said “unavailable “. Sara then informed me that her Mgr must of turned the special off because she is by herself.
I told her I understand that she is by herself but how is that the customers fault. Unfortunately I had to leave the subs there because Sara started to be more sarcastic .

I’m not sure why Sara is the way she is but 1 guess would be that she was by herself and it probably happens often.

Subway how do you cut off a special to your customers especially when this location needs business?

Subway how is that the customers fault if you are short staffed?

Subway I’ve worked in the Restaurant industry a long time and this is not how you should do things.
Subway I need the District Mgr or the Corporate office to reach out to me ASAP.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. Clean but the customer service is horrible and my sandwiches were mainly bread. Barely any meat at all!! I will never eat here again.

Updated review (2025):
Staff was switched up awhile back and it’s been great since! I now recommend this one equally to the Carmel church 95 one.

Original review (2024):
Workers were texting and didn’t seem to care, almost walked on the order since it seemed like such an inconvenience for them to make it.

We were rushed and made to feel like it was past close or something at only 5pm. Not a pleasant experience.

I’d recommend the other Subway by 95.

My God have never seen a lady so sour, terrible customer service. I just left and I’m scared to eat my food. No one force you to work at subway. Please staffs need to be a little nice.

Bought a couple of rotisserie chicken salads this afternoon.
Drove home so we could eat them, open it up and no meat at all in it.
Also some other stuff I ordered was missing from the salads.
I understand about supply chain issues, the person that prepared this, could of let my husband and I know what is going on, gave us other options but they did not.
Will not be buying from there again.
