This sonic always has either ridiculously long wait times or gets your order all screwed up. My bf and I just ordered the cheesy Baja chicken wraps. My toppings were cold with unmelted cheese. My bf’s had melted cheese but his chicken tender was cold. I ordered a sweet tea and they brought me an unsweet tea. Honest mistake if they would have brought me a new one. However when I tasted the “new one,” I tasted sugar. Undissolved sugar, they poured sugar into the cold unsweetened tea to fix it. Worst experience at Sonic ever!

Went thru the drive thru this morning ( as most days ) had the best service ! The lady that took my order was very pleasant!! The guy ( Mannuel ) that handed me my food was very friendly!! Customer Service has been gone from so many businesses the last few years !! What a great surprise!!!! Go visit the morning crew on Cason lane !!! You’ll be surprised how much different your day starts with a friendly smile !!

I got my soft pretzel twist and I was not charged extra for the cheese sauce that comes with it. Unlike the sonic on murfreesboro rd in lavergne tn. That over cooked the pretzel and charged me .50 per pretzel extra for cheese sauce.

My food was great—no issues there. The app does its job as usual. My carhop, on the other hand, was very unpleasant. No greeting, didn’t confirm it was my order—she literally said nothing, handed me my food, and walked off. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had from a carhop. If I was paying cash, she would have never gotten a tip, and from the way she was looking before she served me, I think everybody was getting that treatment. I’m a firm believer in taking pride in your job—it’s what you do on a daily basis. So maybe, if she’s like that with everyone, Sonic isn’t the place for her.

This place has gone down hill. Time and time again my food and slushes are messed up. The last order I placed here was chili cheese tots and they were hard as a rock and smelled like fish for some reason. I will stick to the one on New Salem. They always get it right.

I was overcharged because we got 3 combos but substituted cokes for shakes. The carhop came out with shakes and large cokes although I ordered the shakes instead. She carried the cokes back and said I would be refunded the difference to my card. The food was cold and not good the last 2 times I went to this location. My refund never got credited either (4 days later) I’ve not had any trouble at any other location.

Most weekday mornings, my daughter or I order the Lemonberry Slush, Grape Lemonade Slush or Raspberry Slush and each time, we get it for $1.09….ALWAYS!!! Today (Saturday), it’s 9:15am, I go to the same Sonic and order the large chili cheese tots w/onions and a Raspberry Slush and I’m not given the large tots, the tots are cold (I live less than 5 mins from the store) and I don’t have the onions I requested. I’m charged the regular price for the slush plus .30 to add the raspberry. I asked why was I charged that price, when I get it for $1.09 all week long and she goes on to explain it’s not part off the .99/10:00am deal, plus there’s a charge to add the raspberry and it’s not them, it’s the “system”. I tell her the system must be broken Monday-Friday, bc all we pay is $1.09. Also, the slush had no lemon taste, at all, just a sweet watered down taste.

This is supposed to be a LARGE fry. Not one fry was eaten before the photo. This happens almost every time I get fries. This amount of fries wouldn’t even fill a medium carton. Pathetic. This same location also told me previously I was NOT ALLOWED to get no ice in my drink because “we’re low on drinks”. As though that’s the customer’s problem. This location also does not honor EZ ice requests either. Almost every time I ask for EZ ice they still fill the cup full of ice. I see other reviews with this same complaint. It’s pretty obvious this location has a policy of skimping on the customer to maximize their profit. I’ll be driving extra distance to go to a different location from now on. Hopefully they’re not all owned by the same clown.
