I ordered a large cheese pizza and got a burnt, non edible pizza. The cheese was so burnt you couldn’t even taste the cheese. My garlic cheese bread was also overcooked too. For $20, not worth it. So disappointed!

We tired to order online but it wouldn’t go through. So we ordered over the phone. We should have hung up. The guy taking the order sounded stoned. Him confirming the order took a long time and seemed confused. We asked the price. The price changed three times. We asked to add a tip which he did. We placed the order for pick up. Sadly they partner with door dash. The dasher left the food on the ground despite there being a table at the door. Also both of the pizza were cold. The gluten free pizza doesn’t have all the flavors as they say. It tastes like saddens and depression. We tried to call and talk to the manager but they refused

I like it here, overall.
I have ordered several times, and my order has been correct about half of the time.
Staff is attentive, sometimes not entirely friendly, but that’s understandable.
A few times, my pizza was burnt, but they still gave it to me.
Overall, I recommend the location, but you’ll probably need to check your order before you leave.

Worst pizza EVER !!! $26.00 for 2 medium burnt up pizzas ! One only had cheese on it and the other had mushrooms and onions. I think they took one mushroom and sliced it up paper thin ! Still looking for the onions !!
How can anyone screw up a pizza this badly ?!?! What an embarrassment to serve this . I called to tell them about this and they said they can remake them or have the “manager” Michele call me back TOMORROW ! ♀️ All done with Pizza Hut !

I haven’t had pizza hut for over 15 years. Well I said let me try it again. I spent $44 for 2 pizzas and bread sticks. I was very dissapointed. Some of the toppings was not on there and it was just edible to say the least. Wasn’t great, 2/10 . I was super dissapointed and regret it. I won’t be going there again at all!!

Wish I could figure out how to post a picture of the pizza I bought last night. Sad to say, but the lid of the pizza box was almost twice as thick as the standard cheese pizza I received… major disappointment

Ordered on app for carry out , got to the location and they said a delivery driver took it so they were going to re make my order fresh, waited in parking lot for about 45 minutes. Come home didn’t give me the correct dessert I ordered cookie and got cinnamon rolls and the pizza is burnt and looks like it was two different pizzas put together different crust and they wouldn’t fit together so I’m definitely not eating it.
