Id love to give this little ceasers a 5 star review but everytime I go there im disappointed. And I go at least once a week. If I dont order extra butter parm on my breadsticks they come with literally nothing on them, dry and no cheese. Yet when I ask for butter parm the employees act like its such an inconvience to take an extra 45 seconds to do this. My pizza was hardly cut, I had to re cut when I got home and I live less than 5 minutes away and by the time I got home my pizza seemed like it had been made over an hour ago. Overall im always pretty disappointed. I’ll be finding a new little ceasers to go to from now on which sucks since this one is so close.

I’d love to give a 5 star review as Little Caesars is my favorite pizza chain, but the Fantastic Four-N-One I got last night was inedible. Pretty sure the Human Torch is the one who baked my pizza. Thankfully I had some Crazy Bread to eat but those were limp and undercooked as well (though I actually prefer them that way). Please don’t send pizza out that looks like this. The topping and cheese coverage looked great as always, but it was like day old pizza that sat under a hot tray.

Walked in tonight and stood at counter waiting for someone to help me. There was a guy right there that had a broom , sweeping. A few mins went by and he looked up at me and said ” someone will be with you in a minute” . I said ok. He went back to sweeping. I waited a while longer, nothing. When i finall u stsrted getting a little aggervated, he puts his broom up walks over, picks up his trash he sweep up, throws it away , walks to the sink and washes his hands( which i was very happy he did being he picked up the trash with just his hands) , drys his hands, and after about 20 minutes walks over and asks me what i would like. What has happen to customer service? All i wanted was whatever they had hot n ready. I spent around 45 minutes in there when i was the only customer in the whole place and was only buying whstever they had ready. Crazy!

They called out the wrong name for my order then put it in the warmer for 10 minutes, before a different employee double checked and got me my food.

I bought 3 pepperoni pizza and 2 of them were so over cooked, and when I called to complain about them, the employee was rude and wanted me to drive back across town with them so he could see them and if he agreed then he would replace them. But since I just spent 40$ and I drive a Tahoe and pulling a trailer on top of that, I am not wasting my expensive gas to maybe get edible pizzas. So I just want to say I am a very dissatisfied and hungry customer. I will never go to that store again..

I tried to place a on line order,it said to go in store they did not answer the phone after calling multiple times. When i got to the store i asked about what i was trying to order on line i was told thats a on line order only and she shrugged her sholders at me when i told her the on line system did not work. Had a much better experience today and much better customer service. We definitely recommend the stuffed crust pretzel pizza! Not big on the salt but next time we’ll request it off.

Everytime I visit this store, the store messes up my order or the pizza is burnt.
This last time, I went around 8pm, and the pretzel pizza had no salt, and the pizza looked like it was half flipped. And the extra mostest cheese looked like a standard cheese pizza.
