Went to this place on the recommendation of some friends that invited to try. He said he’s never had a bad meal there. Didn’t know what to expect. OMG I was not expecting delicious meals offered at reasonable prices.

I had their prime rib special. With local restaurant Eddie Lee’s retired and close, this is DEFINITELY the go to spot for prime rib hands down.

They started getting busy. There was a wait. I’m almost afraid to put this out there. It’s clearly not a secret to those lined up for a table. Highly recommend!!!

Prime rib was the worst I have ever had. There was no seasoning at all, It looked like the boiled it in plain water. I did not know meat could be that tasteless. Side salad was good. My friend had the chicken rice bowl and said that it was good.

Last night was our first visit to Fairways. Food was excellent! It’s hard to find a place willing to cook a medium rare burger, let alone find one to get it right! Sa-lute to the kitchen staff! We were there at prime time and had to wait for a table. Seating was “snug”, but I won’t say crowded. This is a testament to their loyal customers. Kelsey was our server and she was awesome! As busy as they were, she was calm, prompt, pleasant, and didn’t forget one thing. We are looking forward to another visit to try different dishes on the menu!!

My name is Melonie, I enjoyed the service and respect of the workers. My waitress name was Erica she was very delightful and handled her self very well being busy she was assertive Great Job I will be returning for the Prime Rib which is my favorite and it’s at a great price. Not to sound crazy but honestly as a black woman I felt comfortable and like I belong there Jeff I believe is his name was raised right. He saw green not my skin color, I have been through a lot with racism. He runs the restaurant with intergety. I hope more blessings for his place of establishment. Thank you Again.

Zachary was seriously the best waiter we’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was incredibly attentive with refills and went above and beyond several times during our time there today.

My wife said her salad was the best ever and my steak was absolutely perfectly cooked and seasoned.

They treated our babies with such compassion.

Seriously so impressed with this place.

First time eating here and I came away disappointed. My wife said her Chicken Salad and Fries were good. I got Perch Tacos and I would never get them again. Pickled Red Onions DO NOT belong on Perch, they were almost inedible. Service was excellent at a very busy time. Plenty of convenient parking.

Nice little local bar and grill. Seated ourselves and the server came promptly. The menu choices were vast. Got onion rings for appetizers. The onion rings were not bad but a little greasy and could have been cooked a little longer. The fried chicken special was great. They were out of something to make the Cuban, so I went with the reuben. It was a good second choice. Tater tots were just fine. Chili was hearty. Overall, nice place and service was great.

I went here last night on a date. Neither of us had eaten here before and it was recommended as an “underrated” place to eat. The environment… well it’s attached to a gas station but there is plenty of parking. Had a dingy diner vibe. It was raining and chilly but the patio was a mess and an eye-sore while you walk in. The food was ok… my green beans were rubbery and you can tell most things are from a can or frozen. We both ordered walleye and both pulled several bones from the fish… it happens… I get it. I was underwhelmed from the food. We finished our dinner about 30 mins prior to closing time but we sat talking and had each ordered a second drink to enjoy – we both have kids so we wanted to spend every second we could together. A server, who was not our waitress (didn’t catch her name but she was wearing red and had tattoos)… I saw her checking her watch and glancing at us and then attempted to grab my wine glass that still had wine in it! We had already paid but just wanted to finish our drinks. Then 5 mins before close she yelled over to our table from across the room “we’re closing” and asked us to leave! I was flabbergasted by how rude she was. Will not be returning.
