Restaurant was understaffed. Those who were there unfortunately did not pay attention to my order. I ordered a Dave’s triple add bacon. Didn’t seem too difficult. Forgot the bacon and my sandwich look like somebody threw up in the wrapper, unacceptable. I didn’t work a 12-hour shift and not eat all day just to eat this. Then had to wait five minutes past the window so they didn’t screw up their window time. Also unacceptable. If franchises are going to Value bonuses and ticket times over customer satisfaction; I don’t think 15 an hour is right for any employee that work in fast food. Fries were perfect.

Forgotten what the 90s looked like? Boy, do I have the place for you! Complete with original wallpaper, peeling off the walls and 20+ year old carpet stains. Food is basically the same. Fries are nice and soggy. The Frosty steals the show here though. Thank goodness the frosty still tastes the same. Staff was very friendly.

Completely unenthusiastic employees, lackluster attitude. Seemed awfully inconvenienced to be asked to do her job. Left the mic open in the drive thru while she argued with another customer whose order she messed up. That customer drove away angry for sure. Employee picking at her eyes, touching her face and hair then touching the food. 28 minutes from the time I got in the drive thru line until I had two salads and two drinks. This location needs some managerial attention ASAP.

Pulled in here even though the line was long. Then I saw the sign on the door that dining area closed due to short staff. I was a little worried about how long it would take to get lunch. The staff that did come to work did a great job keeping the line moving. It went fast and the food was all correct for me. Keep up the hard work!!

By far the worst Wendy’s!!! Covid ended 2 years ago and we still can’t get the lobby open? I had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a pickup order. If I hadn’t already paid, would’ve pulled out like half of the people in front of me. Pathetic!!!

Stopped here on Monday 12/16/2024 evening and they have a sign on the doors and drive thru menu that the location is permanently closed. Lights inside were on and people were inside. What the heck?! Went to Wendy’s on Saginaw & Waverly and they had the same signs. Lights on & people inside too. ?????

I placed a mobile order and it was quite large. I chose to pick up via drive thru. I was greeted at the speaker with an uplifting voice stated my name was asked to pull ahead. I reached the window and the young man TJ greeted me again and COMMUNICATED with me that it would be a “little long minute” because the size of the order. He was great I saw him running between the window and front counter helping guests. He was encouraging the BOH staff I mean I WISH I seen this or encountered more food service staff with this young man’s ambition who cared enough for the guests to keep then informed! The GM should be proud of this type of customer service TJ deserves a extra special shout out as he reinstated my loss of hope for decent food service staff in today’s world!!! 5 stars if I could give more I would!!!!

Stopped in at 1518 hours on 7/22/24
Dining room locked, multiple customers turned away including myself. Two guys in dining room see customers but say nothing or acknowledge. Nothing posted on doors. Other people showed up and they let them in to fill out paperwork. Those inside came outside multiple times to smoke what looked like weed. Drive thru still operating. Sorry excuse for a team, lost over $75 sale

Staff is standing around inside the lobby looking out windows as we approach the building. They open the door with no sign to let us know that their lobby is closed. It’s 2024 and the staff can’t figure out how to reopen the lobby. Laughable. People walking around the parking lot with drive thru headsets on and due to the giant line of cars we just ended up going to Arby’s where the staff is apparently capable of delivering the bare minimum.
