Very Danish style restaurant with American food , we went there for a light dinner and a drink, it’s a steak house more. The food was good, I loved their bone marrow, the onion soup was average but their Dubai chocolate tiramisu was good.
The server was very nice and hospitable.
A bit pricey for such a tight ( cafe trottoir style) place .
Ex: (tomahawk 270$)

Super cute place with great food. It’s a Michelin recommended so we had to check it out.

We ordered a few things to share.

The spinach pop tart was huge and tasty. The bone marrow was delightful. The beef stroganoff was so good!!!

We ordered filet mignon, mashed potatoes, a Caesar salad, and mushrooms.
Everything was really good.
The staff were true professionals , they made great recommendations, served everything promptly, cleared the table on time, and even offered desserts.
We left full and very satisfied

Reading some of these reviews I wonder what happened to our food. The ahi tuna crudo was salty as well as the shallot jus for the steak fretz. We loved the dining experience Gus brought and the ambience of the restaurant. I could definitely come back for the drinks and vibes.

All our food was delicious. We shared many dishes. All the sides, loaded potato, French fries, mushrooms, Mac n cheese, and French onion soup were so tasty. The steak was cooked perfectly, and lobster tails were sweet and tender. The pasta dish was so huge. The meat sauce was delicious with a cheese sauce that took it to another level. The picky eater enjoyed her fish and chips, which is rave reviews.
We felt the heaters coming on, but not warm enough for our comfort. The birthday girl received her vanilla Gelato that we all got to sample. Yummy.
Pet friendly. My pup got a water bowl and treats. We loved the service. Thank you

This spot has a fantastic location right in the heart of Solvang’s charming downtown, making it a great place to stop while exploring the area. I tried their beer and really enjoyed it—flavorful and refreshing. I didn’t sample any of their other drinks, so I can’t speak to those, but the service overall was decent—not amazing, but not bad either. The food portions were very generous, definitely big enough to share if you’re not super hungry. I ordered the Caesar salad, but unfortunately it was far too salty for my taste. That said, it’s still a nice place to relax and hang out with a drink, especially if you’re looking to enjoy the small-town atmosphere and people-watch a bit.

I like this place a lot. Last time we had patio dining, the evening was beautiful, warm and the sunset was divine as the darkness slowly creeped up on us with the patio lighting making it feel like magic.
My sister is picky so I was surprised when she fully enjoyed her free meal (I paid) leaving nothing behind.
I only felt like a Caesar with French onion soup, presentation was exquisite. Service was decent. A little bit of a wait which is expected with a higher volume. Great place to sit and vibe as the tourists wander past. Pleasant evening.

Michelin recognized spot in Solvang. Had a reservation for 4 on a Friday at 7pm but they seated us late even though we arrived 3 minutes early. It was busy when we arrived, but even as the night went on and there were less people, it still took an hour and a half to receive our entrees. My dad literally sobered up during our dinner even after a bottle of wine – we spent a lot of time waiting at the restaurant, whether it was to order, get plates cleared, or get water.

Food-wise, it was decent but not Michelin quality. We had the crispy mozzarella arugula salad and crispy rice spicy tuna to start. The spicy tuna was not spicy but the crispy rice had a nice texture. The salad was well dressed and the mozzarella with mortadella was a good offset to the bitterness of the arugula. I split the rib eye with my boyfriend and ordered medium rare, but certain parts were cooked medium well. I think the steak rested too long underneath the heat lamp, because my mom’s filet mignon was supposed to be medium, but seemed more well done. They do have French fries (not on the menu); we had mushrooms on the side but those arrived a bit cold. We ended with the brownie sundae, which was my favorite part of the meal.

To their credit, the chef gave us a 10% discount for waiting so long for our meal. We appreciated the gesture very much. I think that if you want to come here, you must ensure that you have time for a leisurely meal.

I dont eat here a lot, because its pricey- But worth it- So when I do-I feast. Really good cocktail menu with proper bartenders. The owner is super cool too:) Always takes the time to say hello.

Coast Range delivers top-tier flavors with its Michelin Guide-recommended menu! ⭐✨ The ahi tuna crudo is beautifully prepared and deliciously fresh, but the portion is quite small—better as a starter than a full lunch. ️ On the other hand, the bagel & lox is perfectly done and a solid, satisfying choice to-go. While the quality is undeniable, portion sizes could be more generous for a truly fulfilling meal. Still, a great spot for refined flavors! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
