I had such a great experience at this Burger King today. I was having a rough day, and Kyle at the counter was super attentive and honestly lifted my spirits. Not only was he kind and conversational while I waited, but he also made sure I got an Impossible Whopper — which I’m usually told they don’t have in the afternoons.
My food came out hot, fresh, and really good. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and Kyle truly made a difference. Thank you for turning my day around!

It is 730 am . Why is the cashier at drive thru with her face balled up looking like a little pit bull. Bad attitude and I have her absolutely no reason to be rude . All I asked for was jelly and she got upset. You guys need to do something about this young lady . If she doesn’t like her job she needs to quit . I will call corporate if she continues this behavior its unacceptable. Im a retail manager and I know things get tough but no matter what customers should be treated with respect.

The morning drive thru cashier is very rude from the time she answers the speaker no greeting , mug on her face and seems like she has an attitude for no reason. This isn’t the first time she’s acted like this and it’s disgusting. If she doesn’t like taking orders she needs to go make food .it’s 7am on new years eve. Be happy and make people feel welcomed to order instead of just closing the window after she reaches you food. It’s annoying.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! After being on the road all day I just wanted a hamburger. I walked into the lobby which was still open. Was turned around by an employee who said the lobby is closed. Drive thru only. We’ll last time I checked a 18 wheeler can’t fit through drive thru!! Will not return. Extremely disappointed!!

This particular burger always does this. They want to clean everything early and close the store Down. It’s supposed to be open till 2am. Not just the time either. They will bring in people every now and then and they are polite and efficient but as soon as the regular team comes back. Not a single shit is giving

Order an original chicken sandwich and started eating the sandwich flipped the sandwich over and there was a big pile of mold. Called the place and all she could say was she didn’t notice it and she is still using the same bread from when I came. Beware your food might come with mold.

Why in the living h e l l do you make people drive up then back up past the pole. So you can cheat your own standards to serve customers.? If so you are cheating yourselves. BK needs to get with the times. How about making the food correctly with friendly service. People will return.

I ordered a fiery crispy wrap with heavy lettuce and a 4pc cheesy tots with 2 ranch. The young lady who took my order was such a sweetheart, professional, thorough, and apologized for the simple mishaps she had (which weren’t a big deal to me). However, the fact that she cared enough to acknowledge the possibility of creating an unpleasant experience for me was so admirable because I was once a fast good manager for years. Christopher took my payment and handed me my food, which was so fresh and delicious. I did have to go inside to request a side of lettuce because my wrap had hardly any and I didn’t have the ranch I requested. However, Christopher handled the situation beautifully. The only takeaway is that I didn’t liked that he left the drive thru window where he had touched so many cards, bills, and change and went to grab tongs to place my lettuce in a cup. While I appreciate the fact that he used tongs, I would have liked him to wash his hands and/or wear gloves. Also, when handing me my food, rather than placing my card back in my hand, he put it in my bag ok top of my napkins. That’s simply unsanitary considering how many places my debit card has been. I frequent this restaurant and have had more great experiences with staff and food quality than anything…especially when it’s come me to the restaurant staying open the hours it’s supposed to. I’ll happily admit that I noticed significant changes were noticed about a month ago, and I recently found out that there’s a new GM. Being from the area, this means a lot. Hopefully, this positive change is a permemant one. We, the locals, appreciate it.

I ordered chicken nuggets for my kids and my nuggets were still raw and my fries were cold. The cashier was not helpful or friendly.
