Starbucks is never going to get 5 stars from me because some boutique coffee shops have a lot of delicious things going on and syrups are hand-crafted. But, this Starbucks does have friendly staff. Starbucks efficiency, ability to make well-balanced drinks, as well as to have something for everyone is incredible. Many smaller places either have overly sugared drinks or don’t know the difference between iced coffee and cold brew.

My friend and I are regular customers at Starbucks. After walking into this specific location this afternoon, we were not even greeted before one of the employees, who was sitting at a table in the lobby, turned around in her chair and bluntly asked if my friend’s dog was a service animal. We politely responded by saying no, and decided to give our business elsewhere. We have been welcomed in with her before. She is also welcomed into all other locations, regularly..so not only was this confusing, but the way the employee approached the situation was actually quite rude and humiliating, considering she was seated right at a table in the middle of the lobby. Let me add that the dog is a tiny little chihuahua. She was contained by a leash and harness, and in a dog stroller.

Nice new location. Lots of windows. Coffee was perfect. Can’t wait until it’s warmer for easer facing windows and east side patio for morning sun. Lots of power even in the tables including USB. I don’t think they have a Clover machine. Location by the interstate has one of that’s what you’re looking for. Negatives are it’s cold and the internet is slow! 1MB or less and there are 3 customers. With slow internet and cold it makes for a poor away from the office work retreat.

Got there at 5:02pm. Was advised they closed at 5, as the car ahead of me got their order and left. Staffing shortage apparently. Really sucks they couldn’t help us, the literal last car.

It was fast and great service, coffee came out in less than 3 minutes and food no longer than 2 minutes after that.

The lady working behind the counter and also everywhere else she was needed was very kind hearted and helpful. She might as well have been the only worker there bc I didn’t think I remember the other workers they stated in the background on their phones so much. She was an older lady, maybe 50’s, with short black hair and was amazing to talk with.

The barista made a swan latte that I couldn’t bear to drink! The artistic sense of the latte is proportional to its aroma. Take pictures for 5 minutes and lick the cup for 30 seconds.

I’ve been coming to this store for years and I almost never do anymore. It’s hard to want to be a consistent customer when the drink order is the same every time, yet it’s lucky to get it made correctly. The sandwiches are always good but that’s about it. Don’t go inside. The employees loudly make fun of customers orders and couldn’t care less about actually enjoying their jobs or caring for the service. Get a new job. I shouldn’t have to hear high school girls laughing because I got a dairy free Frappuccino with white mocha in it, I’m not stupid and I know what I ordered. Thanks
