I love this DQ. I have never had old food sold to me. The employees are respectful and kind. They have great deals especially in thier rewards app. I love their chicken tenders and fries. I would recommend this for anyone who loves fresh food at a reasonable price.

Came here for dinner before going to a movie. We were short on time but the food came fast and was good. I had two chili cheese dogs with fries and an Oreo blizzard. My date had the BBQ chicken strip basket. She liked her meal as well. Will be back for sure.

Waited a while but that wasn’t the worst part, I order a turtle pecan cluster and the lady asked me “you mean “turtle pecan” even though on the sign says “cluster” but whatever. Get to the window and that’s where I waited a while, they made my drink messy so they put an extra cup over it instead of just cleaning the sides up. So if you don’t know when they tip it upside down in front of you and it falls out you get it for free well the lady tipped it upside down for me but she put a lid on it ♀️ what was the point then? Than decided to tell me to not tip it upside down cause it could fall out.. alright than

I am beyond livid, I go in there to get my wife, her mom and me ice cream and my wife can’t have dairy, so I go in there right before they close and order now tell me how there are 4 employees including a manager and I order a non dairy dilly bar and she typed it in and even repeated it and then proceeds to grab a dairy one, not Ill take responsibility for not checking even though I shouldnt have to if people did there job right and because I came in near closing, I can’t get a refund nor my item replaced for the mistake they made, very unprofessional and definitely not going back there. I normally like Dairy Queen but these folks do not care, hire people who care bout the job not just the money

The workers are always chitchatting about non work topics. The workers have extremely bad attitudes. The inside of the dining area has mold on the walls. And I’m allergic to mold to the point where if I were to touch it I could die. The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. The workers are rude. And the hiring manager was extremely rude to the kitchen workers all because food is supposed to be made and given to customers with four minutes but it takes four minutes just to cook the food. The ice cream is melted as soon as I get it. They say that customers are their priority but it’s just that, they are nice to customers but rude to workers. I don’t know about other Dairy Queen restaurants but the one in Freeport I don’t ever want to go or eat there ever again.

I ordered was a peanut buster parfait and they must have dumped the peanut salt into the cup with the peanuts. Parts of it were so salty that I couldn’t eat it. I was very disappointed.

I ordered buffalo sauce and ranch for dipping and was charged extra for the ranch but did not receive it.
I did not think the meal came with a drink, so I ordered water. When paying at the window, I asked if I could get the soft drink instead, since she told me it was included with the meal. I was told, “no,” because I had already been charged for a water.
They charged me for tap water. My meal would have been cheaper with a soft drink!
Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location. Just ridiculous. ♀️
