If you order online you cannot pick up in the drive through. You have to go inside. 3 of them standing on policy that door dash orders cannot be picked up in the window even if customer pickup and not dash delivery.

if i could rate this 0 i would. me & my family came here after graduation & all the employees were outside smoking by the front door. they headed inside when they saw us coming to the door & when we got into the store it reeked of their cigarettes, & we were told they’ll be with us in a minute. even though, there were 4 employees who were all just spending a break together outside. after ordering our food, i found a black hair in my blizzard & i couldn’t even go up to the counter to get it fixed because all the employees had exited the building AGAIN to smoke at the entrance of the store. this is so incredibly insane & unprofessional. i’ll continue to let people know how bad my experience was here because, after reading the reviews nothing else is being done with this store to fix these HEALTH ISSUES & ABANDONMENT ISSUES.

The lady at the register was very kind and upbeat as was the man who cooked the food. Food was good cheese curds cooked well but not over cooked. Burger wasn’t too greasy and wasn’t sloppy in the slightest.

So I had went into the store to get a drink because i was pregnant and dehydrated, And they are right next to a pool. And I was too exhausted to change into my regular clothes just to go to the nearest restaurant. So i went in my swimsuit. I get there and he helps a woman with her kids and then he looks at me and says you need to get clothes on. And refused to serve me because i was in a swimsuit but im sorry the pool didnt have drinks at all and that was the nearest place to get a drink so the fact that i had to come back to my family in tears because i couldnt even get a simple drink becausei was in a swimsuit is ridiculous ive worked in customer service and not once would i turn or treat a customer that way. So I will be sueing for bringinga health risk to my baby. So dont go here if you pregnant or are a plus size woman very disrespectful.

HANDS DOWN THE SINGLE WORST FAST FOOD! I ordered the number 5. Simple cheeseburger, fries and soda. Menu board said $7.09. A bit pricey for a cheeseburger meal but whatever. Burger was so charred black the only flavor was a charcoal taste. Fries were hot but tasted like stale grease. The “Pepsi” tasted like watered down stale caffeine free diet coke”. Also ordered a small Smores Blizzard. That tasted ok. Was not served upside down as the contents of the cup were not frozen all the way. And when my total came to 12.74 I got a receipt to see the breakdown. Apparently these guys do not own up to date computer systems. Photo of receipt shows $12.74 for a total. So you mean to tell me my “small” sloppy stiff milkshake cost me roughly $5???? I will indefinitely not be stopping here anymore. You can’t pay be to eat that garbage

Stopped at this location to pick up a doordash order and was treated very rudely by the older man working the register then was made to show proof of the order as if I was there to steal it WITH THE CUSTOMERS NAME AND ORDER. Go to the Sparta location. The staff there are Rockstars.
