Today we had Del Taco for lunch and ordered two burritos and two grilled chicken tacos. The food was hot and tasty and the service good as well.

I was charged for two grilled chicken tacos and two chicken ranch rollers. I came home and was missing a ranch roller. I then proceeded to contact the establishment and nobody answered. I can say this horrible service. Please contact me for a refund or replacement. I look forward to hearing from you Del Taco. Thank you.

I will give the General Manager here 0 stars! Just went through the drive thru on a Sunday morning. Not busy and the general manager working the window (figure he can’t get staff to come in and work with him) was incredibly rude to me. After I made a remark on his rudeness he would not serve me. He asked another worker to finish taking my order. He came back with my food and started yelling at me after handing me my food. I had to throw all my food away. I have no idea what he could have done to it. If he was done taking care of me I wish he wouldn’t of delivered my food. Had to throw out a lot of food. Worst experience ever. This is the worst Del Taco of any Del Taco. I will call corporate on Monday and speak with someone hopefully. I hope it’s a better experience than this one. I will write another review on Monday after speaking with the owner if it is franchised and someone at the corporation as well.

Had a really unpleasant experience today with the manager Kimberly. Redeemed a coupon for free tacos in the app and she was noticeably upset because I “hadn’t paid full price” for the food. I thought that was the point of promotional coupons? If you’re a franchise owner who feels unable to honor coupons sent out by corporate then that’s a problem you have to take up with them, don’t take your frustration out on the customers. I asked if I could use a coupon in-store to buy a couple quesadillas (one coupon per transaction, right?) and her response was outright hostile. This awful customer service and refusal to accept coupons is petty and bad for business, not to mention their negligence with refusing to update their hours for years now (this location hasn’t been 24 hours for a long time) have led me to decide I’ll just eat elsewhere from now on. It’s not like they’re the only del taco in town. It’s a shame because before the last couple years I only had great things to say about this location. Sad to say it has really gone downhill.

Decent tasting usual grilled chicken softshell tacos, bean burrito, medium ice tea, med fries. Clean facilities. Attentive staff. No waiting but parking can be a challenge at times.

if i could give 0 stars I would. whatever new karen manager/owner that’s there constantly is insufferable and insanely rude. she acts like it’s an independent small business and not a franchise that has to abide by their promotions and coupons. “i can’t sell this food at this much of a discount” is an actual quote from her when I tried to use a coupon. like what? horrible experience every time i come here now that she’s there and i will now bring my business to a different location.

The store was empty, and I was studying with headphones on.
