The food is honestly not great and really over priced. Really disappointing actually and very frustrating when you just want to enjoy a resort day. Now we have to leave property to get food which totally ruins it.

The nachos with queso pablano are made with concession stand nacho cheese. And if that is your thing…order away. It’s just not what I expect ordering nachos with queso so I was disappointed. I’m sure Orlando has some decent food- I just haven’t found it yet. Also the salads look like more of a grab and go situation which I don’t think is worth the price they charge.

I’ve been coming to this resort for 20+ years and we’ve always enjoyed a meal at Wakoola Grill, but it seems to be going more and more downhill each year and this year I feel that it hit rock bottom. In previous years, the restaurant had a waitstaff but now you have to order at a counter and no one even runs your food over to you at your table. You have to listen for someone to holler out your name (you hope) across the loud restaurant or you must watch closely for when a bag of food appears. I miss having a waiter. This year it took us 45 minutes to get our food and when it arrived, every single meal was cold. I don’t know where it had been sitting, but clearly it had been forgotten somewhere. I know this is resort pricing, but the prices have also gotten out of hand. $12 kids meals and a $18 cold burger…not worth it. We won’t be back unless some major changes are made next year.

Zero flavor to drinks. Asked for a strawberry daiquiri, and they used tequila and not rum. No strawberry flavor, what-so-ever. $15 for a terrible drink. $8 for a draft beer (at least that tasted good).

Our family of 4 had dinner here today & everybody’s food was awesome, except for mine. I ordered a House Salad- which was $10 – and was so bad I took 2 bites & couldn’t eat it… The lettuce was old& the onion, tomatoes & cheese weren’t cold at all. For $10 I was expecting it to be so much better than that!
