I never leave reviews but I’ve given this location too many chances…Food is cold and tastes like it had been sitting for hours. Fries taste like they dump the whole damn bottle of salt onto them. No customer service. The buffalo sauce tasted like straight chemicals. You’re better off going to toppenish or Zillah. Food and service is trash, Would give zero stars if I could.

All these stars are for the manager Alma. What a great personality n upbeat spirit. I had a less than stellar experience that she personally turned around. I think the issue w this location per say is the employees. Most of them don’t want to work n just get orders out without a care. I truly believe once this location weeds out the employees who shouldn’t be there this location will exceed in all aspects. I for one will return but only if Alma is working bc she will get it done right no matter the issue.

It’s smaller than most McDonald’s but that’s not a bad thing. Clean and friendly staff, they are definitely working hard. I appreciate you guys. I used to live in Wapato so it’s nice to see a major chain here. There are comments about how the food taste the same as other locations and to that I say…duh. Was it supposed to taste like a competitor? Anyways keep up the great work!

It’s a cute smaller version of McDonald’s everyone knows it to be, only thing is it could’ve been built maybe a little bit bigger. It’s too compact and hardly any moving space to wait on your food. Kiosk are one sided due to limited space. If they do an upgrade than maybe it’ll be built a little bigger and it’ll be awesome for everyone to come and go without being squished into a small setting. Food is getting better as they get the hang of making the food due to new employees. Other than that I’m glad we have a new McDonald’s in Wapato Washington.

Worse. McDonalds experience. Ever. It took us almost half an hour to get our food! The dining area is cold and way too bright with no windows shade and sun beating right into your eyes.
The girl working there was nice and very apologetic, so she made the experience bearable.
But yeah. We’ve been to McDonalds from coast to coast. This is up there with worst experience at McDonalds ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. You can only place an order through the app, the drive thru, or the kiosk. The kiosk and the app hardly let you customize your order. If you would like to substitute something, you can only do that in the drive through. Should give some jobs back to the people and have them take the orders rather than relying on computers that cant think and are very limited in what they can do. Guess ill take my business somewhere they actually care about the people in the community rather than a place that takes jobs away from the community

Absolutely horrible, I ordered everything I needed and the order looked correct on screen at the drive through but when I get to the window to get my food I noticed things are missing but when I look at the order receipt they attached to the bag the order was altered with items I didnt even ask for and they gave snarky looks and attitude when I asked for the items I thought was missing. Their whole attitude was very rude. Management needs a whole rearranging because it seems like its run by a preschool bully.

Was excited to see a fast food restaurant in Wapato. I have been there 3 times since they opened. Not impressed. The 1st 2 time I marked up to being new and working out the bugs. There was no one in the lobby to order from, have to order on the screen. They come out long enough to yell a number and set it on the counter or pickup shelf. The. Back to the back. 1st time they were out of products, 2nd time they did not get the custom order right. And the 3rd time. Order 3 breakfasts, paid for it and then they come to the window and say they are out of OJ and out of McGriddles. Hopefully they get their act together.

So I order a bacon quarter pounder twice already and each time they forgot the bacon, like how do they forget the main ingredient? Not to mention parts of the bread were hard and the frys looked like they scraped the crumbs off the bottom. On another occasion I got 2 meals and they forgot my drinks so did I but that’s besides the point. The workers are friendly but the food is horrible and drive thru is like a 15min wait after u order
