I ordered a breat sandwich and they fix it with hot sauce and I didn’t ask for hot sauce on my sandwich and they also gave me a half a breast that looks like somebody had been eaten enough of it and they put it on on a bun and I’ll try to call them and they won’t even answer the phone

Won’t be back. I have come here for years. I have noticed their decline in past 2 years. This morning was the last time I’ll stop by here. I attempted to call in an order twice. The young lady kept putting me on hold for a long period of time. I’m really thinking they were busy which is understandable. I’m still on hold when I pull up and see NO ONE in there ordering or in the drive through. I told her that I had been steady trying to place an order. She told me she was the only one at the counter and she had been busy and that the customers in front of her were more IMPORTANT than the one on the phone. Her words not mine. I would not lie on a worker because I truly believe you reap what you sow. So I would never lie on somebody like that. So then my order is ready and it’s just sitting there while she’s talking with the one other customer there about something personal. I definitely won’t be back. It’s Dalton’s from now on. Fullers will be out of business soon for reasons like this.

Sat in drive thru for 10 mins. Tried calling order in only to be put on hold and then hung up on. Food is great. Customer service was not too good needs some work. Danielle is great! Go in and order from her and service is awesome.

Place has a family run feel.Get there at 11 a.m. when all the food trays are fresh and full. Cause when the tray is mt it stays mt. I liked the ham and greens. Will be back cause everyone was friendly. Good tea too!

Every time I come to this location it’s normally always great. Today however I waited 50 min to even get to the window and when I got there the lady barely opened the window and I couldn’t hear her and she couldn’t hear me. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese with scrambled eggs on bread with mayo. I got to my aunt who lives in spencefield and my sandwiches had sausage on it. So upset I do not eat sausage patties.

Called ahead and the lady kept interrupting me while I was trying to say my order. Hung up on me when I wasn’t finished talking. Got there, paid, and waited around 15 minutes. I eventually went up and asked for my food….it was sitting there the entire time and they didn’t even check or bring it out to me. They were running around, totally unorganized. They had the time to take my money but apparently not the time to give me my food. Good food, isn’t worth it though.

I can’t give a detailed review due to not receiving service. I was in search of a fast and good breakfast so I got in line in the drive thru due to hearing from others that they had delicious breakfast. The line was wrapped around the building but I decided to take my chances. I waited 20 minutes in line and it never moved. I finally gave up. This was a Saturday morning so I can understand why there was a crowd and maybe they were short staffed?

I was a bit disappointed yesterday as I’ve always enjoyed their food and service has always been good in the past.However, this day the buffet was 15 minutes late and staff seemed to appear to not know what they were doing, like they had no direction or leadership. We finally got our food after waiting for 30 minutes. Maybe it was just a bad day and it does happen so I will be back to try them again.

Fullers used to be a very good place to eat but today May 30th I went there to order me and Mom lunch because we always liked the dressing but today this Food was not good at all. The dressing was just dried out dressing with no gibblet gravy or any cranberry sauce. Don’t know what’s happening there but noticed employees were different ones and they didn’t have the niceness and the aosphere was not the best either. Now I have this dried out dressing and I still have to cook. What a bummer
