Really good food! The staff were really kind, dispite a big bus coming with like 20-30 girls on it- There was a little bit of dirtiness but not too much! It was an amazing experience other than that! Highly recomended!!

I would have gave it a -5 star if I could. We ate there 3 times and every time we did our orders got messed up. Two days ago we went there get 3 plates to go and my wife’s was fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I got our order at 7:30 pm and drove 36 minutes back home. Just to find out that they didn’t give her the orange chicken and only 3 small pieces of teriyaki chicken. The next day I called them up about it because by the time I got home they were closed. I was told that they were going to have a manager call me back about it but they never called me back. We will never eat at another one ever again

I really do like the food at Panda but the one in Owatonna is poorly managed. They close at 8, but lights go out at 725, and doors are locked at 7. How do I know, because I watched it. There were 8 different people who tried to go in while I was waiting for my food from the drive thru. Speaking of, they had to make the mushroom chicken fresh, great, I’ll wait as I always do. However for it being freshly made I was definitely shorted. I had one mushroom and 4 pieces of chicken! Thanks for that! The fried rice was so dried out it was clumped together in hard balls. And what was supposed to be a 10-15 minute wait for my food was actually 35. Get some new management, a place can not sustain if you keep this up.

Here is a little bit of advice. Don’t go to this place when its almost closing time… went to pick up a doordash order. All lights were off, employees cleaning. Mind you this is 20 min before close and they pushed myself as a delivery driver away and another customer as well. What kind of business does this!!! Supposed to be open till close serving food!!!

3 of my 4 visits here was worthy of 1 star or less. Arrived at 10:15 one day, was given an excuse they wont open until 11:30 because they had issues with their burner. Another visit, fried rice was burnt and had inedible bitter taste, the hot orange chicken was also burnt. Panda made it skill-less to make their food, just follow instructions. This location has poor management and poor workers who really just don’t care about anything they do in life. Hire low quality people, get low quality results. I’ve had plenty of good Panda elsewhere.

Honestly love the food but 7 out of 10times they hardly have any of the food available even coming a hour before closing.
Seems they close up earlier than the listed hours. Understand if you’re short staffed but maybe put up some signs??

Owatonna Panda Express is the worst! If I could rate it negative I would. Went through drive through at 6:58 pm – they close at 8 – and was told they were out of white rice!!! So you’re not going to serve white rice for the last hour you’re open?!?! This is the 3rd time we’ve tried to go through their drive through only to be told they were out of multiple items or last time it was that they were closed even though it was 15 mins before their closing time.

Everything about this establishment is amazing. As for waiting, I put in an order online using my panda membership club I had just set up, ordered roughly $100 worth of food and it was ready by the time I got there. It wasn’t due to be ready till 3:55. I arrived at 3:37 and not only was it done it was hot, fresh and the care the team of 3 took to make sure every detail of my order was to my satisfaction. I literally went to the neighboring Walmart just to pull out a tip for each of the 3 working. I will choose no other Panda Express to do business with except for the location on frontage Rd in owatonna MN. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. I had a lot going on yesterday when I placed my order. My nephew was being born an hour away, I was recovering from losing my voice due to super bowl 59 and didn’t want to be out waiting forever, I had family waiting for supper and I had to ask for a ride. They truly madey day and my experience more than I could ever ask for from 3 people completing such an order as efficiently as they did. I hope the 3 individuals are highly praised and rewarded as they deserve it and so much more. I have attached a pic of my receipt so everyone can get an idea of what my order looked like.

Pretty good for drive thru Chinese. Came out quickly and the employees were very Midwestern friendly. Decent amount of food for the price. None of the meat or veggies I received were soggy, texture was great for all items.

Got there at 7:15 on a Friday there were customers inside alone with workers. The doors were locked and basically closed for business. Would not recommend going there
