They’re also currently doing a limited-time Demon Slayer collaboration, which includes collectible spoons — a fun bonus for fans if you’re able to collect all three.
I also ordered the takoyaki, and it was excellent. Every restaurant has its own spin on this dish, but these stood out. The pieces were generously sized, and when you bite into them, you get a warm, gooey interior filled with flavorful chopped octopus. Truly mouthwatering.
Overall, a great experience with standout flavors and thoughtful presentation. I would absolutely come back again.
Only thing is if your with a group of all extrovert friends. You will feel the vibe of oh my . It’s a very down to earth and quiet little spot though.
The music was great – not annoying at all, it perfectly supported the vibe.
We felt completely comfortable and welcome.
The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional.
It was a lot of fun to be there – a truly successful evening.
The food was outstanding.
The Japanese beer selection was amazing – absolutely fantastic!
Everything was extremely tasty, and the whisky selection was excellent as well.
Highly recommended!
I’m a Japanese and I just moved here a year ago, so trust me, this is so close to authentic Tonkotsu (Pork broth) ramen that you can get in Japan.
Staff members were nice, atmosphere was cool, and all the food was delicious.
Broth is salty but can taste “umami”, with white rice, you can drink all the soup! noodle is chewy and thin-type noodle which is really good with tonkotsu.
Pork chashu bowl was also delicious, i couldn’t eat it in the restaurant (because I got full with a ramen) so I had it takeout, even it was cold/reheat, taste was great!
I highly recommend this place if you want to get ACTUAL Japanese ramen!
I hesitated initially visiting because parking didn’t seem immediately convenient, but we figured out there’s free parking in the garage right behind the restaurant. It was very convenient.

Jinya is a top Ramen spot in Chuck! Located in a new facility with on-site parking, Jinya offers a swanky, upscale vibe to ramen with other asian inspired favorites. We started off with eel sushi which were solid nibbles to start.
Cocktails were very upscale. Table-side smoked old fashioned, and kiwi mocktail with its own rock candy stir stick! Very nice touch. Both ramen plates were delicious, including add on ingredients.
Only negative was bar service. It took so long to get our drinks!!!
Jinya is a top destination in chuck for Ramen. Period.
20$ for a birria ramen bowl, just the base, the noodles, a slice of lime and some cilantro. I had to pay 5$ extra to add some mushroom and some broccoli to the order.
I didn’t notice, but there was no actual birria meat in my 20$ ramen order, I guess I had to order that on the side? Really?!
The broccoli was not cut appropriately, or at all, and was bigger than my hand, or my spoon. How would you like me to shove this nicely into my mouth? No knife anywhere in sight.
I’m sure my husband will chime in for his over abundance of bento flakes and mayo.
Service was okay, she vanished for a while and when we brought up the bill price and the food she basically agreed and went away.
