The ingredients are NOT fresh. I’ve been to this subway a few times and they always disappoint. The lady behind the counter was friendly and tried her best to make us good sandwiches, but the ingredients were on the verge of MUST be thrown away. The place is conveniently located since it’s in the local grocery store we go to but it’s not worth going to.

It was inside Walmart in Fort Wright people that were waiting on customers couldn’t speak English except that all. Otherwise u point. It was very very very expensive. It tasted funny like something wasn’t right. It just wasn’t good and a 6 inch and footlong no drinks was 20.67.

This place is the worst place I have ever seen. It’s ran by people milking off the system we work our asses off for! My husband is a disabled veteran that went to get food for our family only to be told to shut up by the rude ass person working because they put mayo on our sons sandwich instead of ranch. When I went in to confront the stupid people who run this store…….i was then told to go back to my country!!! Really I was born and raised on this country and I’m actually getting tired of these worthless fu**s taking advantage of the freedom we do have left! The worst service we have ever had and on top of that they charge you more than what they should!!!

I rated this place simply as ok because that’s just what it is, ok. The fresh bread that they bake for their sandwiches is terrific! I even like the many choices of fresh vegetables that they always have on hand to top the sandwich off. My problem is with the meat and cheese situation. I am a carnivore and I love meat and cheese. Sadly this is where Subway fails. The meat and cheese is minimal at best. You can order double meat and cheese but that tends to drive up the cost of the sandwich dramatically. I work at the Walmart this Subway is inside of and I am absolutely repulsed on what happened today. A faulty cup had made it into a customer’s hand, and while they did replace the cup, the male employee started screaming and verbally attacking the couple, claiming that they had broken the cup and were lying. Furthermore, I asked for the number of their manager and they refused to give it to me. I refuse to step foot in that place again

This Subway used to be my area favorite when we moved to Ft. Wright 8 years ago. Since then, it has been taken over by a new franchise/owner. Cheap, rude, skimpy, greedy, and stale flavor…..will never go back.

This place was horrible I worked at many subway restaurants! They don’t give you the proper amount of anything they give u maybe 4 tomatoes they try to give u the least amount of meat possible this place has made me not even like subway anymore and I used to love it. I wasted my money on it.

It didn’t taste as good as usual and we really didn’t understand each other. I got toasted flat bread and it didn’t taste toasted. I didn’t care for the sauce she put on it either. I’d never had that kind of sauce before.

Very rude customer service and greedy staff. I asked for a napkin and was bombarded for asking for everything for free. My child got sick and I was trying to clean him up with a small glass of water and one napkin. I will never go here again! If he asked for payment for the water I would have given it to him, instead he yells when I continually thanks him for the small token he did provide.
