This is a great location. It is big and roomy with lots of tables both indoors and outdoors. Visited at night. It was pretty quiet.
I drove 25mins to get the one day red cup give away. Being as it was later in the evening, I called first asking if there were any left. The person on the phone responded immediately, yes we have lots of them. I do regret not getting the name of the girl who answered.
Once I ordered and asked for my cups, I was told it was the last one.
I was upset because I called and was given the wrong information.
It also did take awhile to get our order, being the only ones waiting, I felt like it was rather long.
The treats area had little bugs flying around inside around the breads. Not sure if that is normal there.

The snacks are always good but the sandwiches, not so much. I say they got everything right except for the sandwiches. Just two tiny strands of bacon and too much bread and egg. My mom got none. No bacon and no cheese. The total purchase of the sandwich is between 5-6 dollars a piece.

For what it’s worth… I have always felt safe, secure and relaxed when I am at this location. The staff are friendly and have offered me food and water on multiple occasions without me asking. I feel like this adds a touch of class. Cleanliness isn’t an issue and if there is something that needs cleaning which has been missed the staff are quick to handle business. The 5 star rating isn’t a declaration of perfection rather the pursuit of, otherwise why even have the option to give 5 stars. I rarely make any purchases while there, I go to study and dial in but when I do I am pleased with that lip smacking Starbuckery goodness that I’ve grown to know and love. And, if you happen to be there at the same time as I am, and if I’m on a break… I’ll chat you up nicely!

I love that we have a drive up Starbucks in the community. Unfortunately, while the coffee is good I have never received a full cup with my order. I order a Venti every time and when I go to drink it there is at least 2 inches from the top of the cup before I get coffee. Its only a big deal because its every time.

They remember my name. They remember my order. Half the time they all ask if I want something that I ordered weeks ago.
Orders come out fast and accurate.

Something extremely disheartening happened today. I’m a frequent customer at this Starbucks just 3 minutes from my home. I was driving to meet a friend in Phoenix for lunch and only wanted a cup of water. The cashier said she couldn’t give me water because I didn’t make a purchase. I shared my reasonings and offered to pay for it, she still said No. I typically spend about $30 per week buying Iced Vanilla Lattes and pumpkin loaves, etc. There was absolutely no kindness or grace extended simply because I didn’t purchase today. I felt extremely unvalued as a customer. Since I was treated in a transactional manner. I vow to never buy from this particular Starbucks again.
