I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. My husband and I order from Pizzinis regularly for pizza and wings because the prices are usually reasonable and, most of the time, the food is decent. Unfortunately, tonight was not one of those times.
We spent nearly $40 on pizza and buffalo wings, which is typically a meal we enjoy. This time, however, the wings were extremely dry, lacked flavor, and had barely any sauce in the box. There was no buffalo sauce coating them at all—only grease. For wings priced at $15, this was very disappointing.
When we called to address the issue and ask for at least a partial refund, the experience only got worse. The person we spoke with had a hostile tone and seemed more interested in arguing than listening. Instead of acknowledging the problem, he insisted they “always put sauce on the wings” and offered only $5 off a future visit. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the quality of the food we received. He just kept talking over us and was very defensive.
I’m not someone who enjoys complaining, but the combination of poor food quality and even worse customer service was extremely frustrating. This experience has definitely changed how we feel about ordering from here in the future. We won’t be back.

These guys are amazing! I ordered an xl pizza with anchovies, bacon, mushrooms, olives and onions in Alfredo sauce with Mozzarella, it was delivered in less than 20 minutes of when I ordered it. That was the first pizza I ordered from them and today they again didn’t disappoint. Both pizzas came with exactly the right amount of toppings so as not to overload any specific flavor profile. This is now my go to for pizza when in the City.

Thankfully someone came around putting flyers on our door. Because we never would have known how delicious the pizza and wings are! We’ve ordered multiple times now and the food has been consistently delicious! The wings are perfect! They are my new favorite wings now. The pizza is soooo good! I definitely recommend trying them.

deliverd during rush hour traffic, at least 15miles without rush hour traffic …. and pizza was perfect temp, soft, a tiny drip of yummy grease in every bite. first time eating through Pizzinis, and definitely will order again.

Flip Out
There were a lot of power outages in our area, causing us to be in this area, so we decided to give Pizzini’z a try. Needless to say, they were very busy as many people were in the same boat we were. The manager efficiently handled the constant phone and walk in orders, with incredible accommodations to each customer. We took advantage of their 2 for 1 pizza deal, which was a really great deal! It was 2 large pizzas; we got a supreme and a taco pizza, and a garlic bread loaf. Our family really enjoyed their pizza and we look forward to trying some of their other menu items.

Well me and my moms first time trying! (THIS IS MY REVIEW NOT HERS! ) But I had a gyro with no tomato, gyro was good, the cumber sauce was NOT THE SAME LIGHT SAUCE IFYKYK BUT THEY MADE IT HAPPEN..

ordered a well done super supreme, 2 salads and a diet Pepsi. the pizza wasn’t cooked well done at all, the salads didn’t come dressed, the soda they sent us was literally expired 10months ago and, of course, was undrinkable. It makes me wonder what else has gone bad in the kitchen that they are trying to push on people… so gross. very disappointing. it was my first and last order.

This was my first time trying Pizzinis. I ordered the double pepperoni 14” calzone and it was fantastic!!! Very well prepared and very tasty!! I will definitely be stopping by more!! The cashier was friendly and helpful. I also ordered the fried mushrooms and they were delicious!!! Very hot and full of flavor. Mushrooms were big and juicy!! Thank you for the great food and good service

I always call for a deivory just move in my new place it took time for me to remember my new address so he put me on hold for 5 mins after the five mins he hungup on me i called back and order 2 hamburgers & fries Got It. It Was A little Raw In The Hamburger Meat. the tottle was around $30.00 If You Round It Up It Was $25.95
