Some of the slowest service I have ever recieved from a starbucks. Workers were not the issue, there was too many people for the amount of workers and it was a complete mess behind the bar while trying to satisfy all of the orders.

I recently stopped by this Starbucks location and overall had a fairly good experience, even though there were a few things that stood out during my visit. When I first walked in, I immediately noticed a strong sewer-like smell inside the store. It was definitely unpleasant and not something you expect when going in to relax and enjoy a coffee. The odor took away from the atmosphere and made the space feel less comfortable than it should be. I really hope this is something that gets addressed soon, because it affects the first impression of the location.
On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I placed my order, they were polite, patient, and genuinely kind. Their customer service made a big difference and helped improve the overall experience. It’s always nice to be greeted by people who seem happy to help.
As for the drinks, they were good overall. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and while it was made correctly, it wasn’t as sweet as it usually is at other Starbucks locations. The flavor tasted a little different than what I’m used to, but it was still enjoyable and well prepared. The other drinks I saw being served looked great and were presented nicely.
Despite the smell issue and the slightly off taste of my drink, I would still consider this a good Starbucks location. The friendly staff and decent drinks make it a place I would visit again, especially if the environment improves.

Ordered online, early in the morning, down the road. Got there pretty quick and there was a split second wait at the drive thru menu. The voice was perky and nice. Welcomed me. Took my name, told me that they were working on it and pull forward please. Nice. 3rd car in line. Total 2 minutes. At window voice assured me they were working on the order quickly. Tall, Long hair, obviously cold lol (poor thing), I think she might have had red?? Or auburn hair. 30 second wait. Out the window.

They hit all the Starbucks standards. We where suggested the seasonal apple pastry and we paired it with the apple crisp drink. We also picked up a raccoon pop cause why not! Thanks Aliah for the awesome suggestions!

Starbucks is a treat for me and some weeks vary. I have never had a single issue at this location. I dash as well as buy from here and never heard any complaints. The staff are wonderful and professional! I’m an exotic pet owner so naturally when I’m out and about I usually have Prince with me and I’m held up from doing every day tasks from people asking questions, commenting, or just stopping to stare. The employees here are great! They’ll say hi to him and go on about their jobs, they don’t hold me up and they remain in professional mode! The young lady who cashed me out ( I don’t know her name but she’s got long beautiful black hair) she is a whole vibe within itself! She’s always such a sweetheart and smiling no matter the day. I had forgotten Starbucks did pup cups until I was reminded today, so the next mommy and pet day I have I’ll have to bring my babies for pupcups!

When I walked into this store, there were 4 people sitting at tables with drinks in front of them. A person behind the counter said someone would be right with me. A few minutes later, a different counter person said the same thing. A few minutes after that, I was told the same thing by another employee. At this point I went ahead and ordered via the app.
I ordered a dbl shot of espresso. When I received it, it was not hot like it normally is but actually lukewarm. I asked the first person that told me someone would be right with me and the barista if they could hit it with the steamer and warm it up. The counter worker just shook her head and said no. I left disappointed and won’t be back to this one. Also, I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
