Despite the reviews qw stopped in here one day after a long day if running around. We were pleasantly suprised by the friendly staff whom my kids absolutely loved. The food was great and prepared just how they asked. Awesome experience.

I don’t like employees leaving tip cans for customers to donate because their employer can not pay them more. It’s not my problem that get paid low wages, and that’s what they agreed to. I’m only agreeing to the price. I do not like the employees talking over my food, I don’t need spit on it.

Nice friendly staff. Quick service. Sandwich was good. Clean restaurant. Unfortunately the soft drink machine did not work properly. The ice dispenser was not working so they had a bag of ice instead. That was fine. However the soft drink dispensed was completely flat and had absolutely no fizz and soft drinks taste better with bubbles.

I stopped in that this location to get a turkeyfootlong on italian herbs and cheese. With American cheese, green peppers and lettuce with sweet onion sauce. When I arrived home, there was a dead fly on my sandwich. Needless to say in the trash it went. Absolutely disgusting. I have no desire to get subway again and deserve a full refund.

This place needs to be shut down. The asian lady working is absolutely rude. My husband and son went in few minutes ago, and kindly asked if they took coupons and she felt the need to scream at him. Get out of the food industry if you’re gonna be a miserable person.

Haven’t ate subway in quite sometime decided to give it a try. Called ahead to check availability was told they had what I was looking for. Made sandwich with wrong bread stuff I didn’t even order completely horrible food and service for this location at least!!! Will not go back might try another location at some point.

If you want to be able to talk to someone about any issues you may occur with a restaurant, delivery, or the app and have some customer service do not go to Subway or order from their app. Their customer service is nonexistence unless you want to correspond with someone by email that you will probably never hear from.
I have used the app for about a month and had placed a delivery and I didn’t receive 2 items I ordered on the Subway app. The young man told me they were “TO BUSY” and that it was the door dash delivery drivers responsibility to get the side items and I had to call door dash for the refund. When I spoke to door dash they told me I had to contact subway for the refund because door dash only handles their app delivery not the payment.
Seriously educate your staff and let them know that your customers have to go online to the website and send an email that may or may not even get replied to. Even in the FAQ there is no help on what to do in this situation. How much more scamness can you get. This is a billion dollar corporation have some better customer service because your customers should come first.

We walked in stood there for about ten minutes, only ones there except for employee, no acknowledgement towards our existence, not a big, no welcome, no I’ll be with u in a sec, pure silence. Food was not made properly and little ingredients. Only redeeming qualities were the fact that when that employee finally decided to acknowledge us she was freindly. Don’t buy from here not worth it especially after reading about dead fly in food review
