Tell me why I walked in and there were zero orders on the screen to be prepped only 1 customer in the store and 4 employees standing around doing nothing yet somehow it was going to be an hour wait…. I drove 5 minutes into waco to the new road location. They were twice as busy had less employees and my wait was less than 10 minutes…. I dash and this location is ALWAYS a 30 min wait minimum. You need new management and better employees desperately.

Ordered online while sitting in front of the store. While we were waiting, we saw one employee blow his nose into a napkin and he didn’t go wash his hands. When we got home with our food, the order was correct but the meat was very dry and the skin was very hard like it was old chicken. Will not eat there again.

I recently had a very disappointing experience when calling in an order. I was told by an employee named Jamara that there would be a 45-minute wait and that the store was no longer allowing customers to order “all flats.” When I politely asked when that policy went into effect, he responded by saying “today” with an attitude that I found unprofessional and unnecessary. Because of the interaction, I decided to hang up and place my order online instead.
When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, it was ready in only 9 minutes, which made the original 45-minute wait time even more confusing. I informed the manager on duty about how I was spoken to over the phone. Later, when I called back to get the manager’s name so I could file a complaint, the same employee repeatedly hung up on me.
I was very taken back by the lack of professionalism and customer service throughout this experience. I believe customers should be treated with respect, and I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately.

I sent my daughter to get me an 8 piece boneless combo in garlic Parmesan, with a Diet Coke and two more combos with their choice of sauces and drinks. The cashier suggested a better way to ring in the order to save some money. It took thirty minutes to get the order. Now that they are home, I see that I’m getting exactly two wings and no drink. Thanks a bunch.

The wings were so small my 4 year old could eat all 10 of them with no problem. They were sauced way too much to the point the sauce was getting on the other flavor. The ranch tasted off like not the way it normally does. The fries were soggy and cold. Overall a band experience.

Place has gone down as far as service. Routinely have to wait over an hour to get food after placing an order. They NEVER get the order right.
