WORST location you can EVER go to. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other one. It’s always understaffed and i ordered online and my order was not ready even though i got TWO emails saying it was ready. They said they could not “find” my order even with showing my confirmation emails. I got my refund and LEFT.

One star is giving this location too much credit. Should have left when the window person informed us that they were not trained to make the pretzel pizza. Whomever owns this location needs to train their staff period. Just like the other reviews Tonight, My husband and I received uncooked pizza with gooey dough and bread sticks that were also under cooked flat and oddly shaped. As pictured, I attempted to bake them longer in hopes they would at least be cooked..What a disappointment and waste of money. Better off going to Lawrenceville and waiting in their long line.

Went in to order tonight and the girl working saw my three times. No acknowledgement NOTHING. Someone walked in behind me and she instantly helped them. I said I was here first and was just given a look. Train your people this is ridiculous

I bought pizzas at this place and the person who sells them forgot to deliver them to my car. I went and asked for them and I still waited 5 more minutes. Finally, after 25 minutes, she delivered them to me and in a very bad mood.

Came through drive through and got charged twice. The 1st Payment went through and was taken out of my account and he insisted it didn’t go through. I showed him on my phone that it already had been taken out. He said it would immediately go back which it didn’t. He couldn’t give me a receipt for the first transaction but gave me one for the second transaction. Now charged twice with both transactions finalized and posted to my account I have to dispute it with my bank.

Service was great! There’s a young teenager their who always has a bubbly happy energy when you come in. She’s a keeper! She should be managing the store! I’m not sure her name but she has long braids (not locs) and big eyes.

This is a simple place. Ordering online & picking your food up at the portal with a code is the simplest/least time consuming method. You may order at the drive-thru & if it’s not a busy time, they’ll bring it out to your car. If it’s a busy time, this option is rather time consuming. Some simple pizzas are always ready. I highly recommend the new crazy puffs. They’re like deep dish made in muffin pan. Loads of cheese & flavor, browned edges. Yum! They come in cheese & pepperoni
