Checked out this newly opened Jersey Mike’s and it already feels like a neighborhood spot.
The store was busy but well organized, with fresh subs made to order and a smooth pickup process. I ordered a full meal with a drink and dessert, left a tip, and still came in under $20 — which is impressive for the quality and portion size.
I also signed up for the rewards program and earned points toward future free subs. What really stood out, though, was the staff — they take the time to learn your name and clearly recognize regulars, which isn’t something you see everywhere anymore.
Great food, great value, and genuinely friendly service. This place is off to a strong start.

If you are going to order at this location, do it in person not using the app I had to wait not a long time but about 17 minutes mind you when I walked into the store. They were only a few people in line but then more people came in, and I sat waiting patiently for my order when other people started coming in picking up app orders and would go to the counter and let them know they were there. I guess they would make the order then, but I was waiting to see if they would ever call my name for the order to be ready or place it in the stage in area for pick up, but I had to go to the counter and ask for it. Very disappointing. I thought the whole meaning behind ordering on the app is so you can get it when you get there not wait until every customer that orders after you gets their food and leaves. I would say the food is overall good. Just needs to focus on service and execution.

I’m very excited to have this new location nearby. I went in to day during lunch time and all of the staff members that I interacted with were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who took my order said today was his first day as a shift lead and he was doing an incredible job. He was welcoming and took care in everyone’s orders. Just got my first sub from this place tonight. Meh. I ate here probably 20 years ago and was not impressed then, so gave it another shot. Paying over $18 for a large sub is kinda ridiculous in and of itself, but if the food’s good, I don’t mind. I don’t know what was on this Hot Italian, but it was like roast beef (on an Italian sandwich?), and very little of it. Way too much bread and not enough meat, like most sandwich places these days. I ordered online and walked in, and no one greeted me, but the place was empty. Young people simply have NO CLUE about how they should behave and interact with guests. Within a few minutes, my sub was ready, but all the guy did was put it on the Pickup rack and never called out for someone (me, anyone) to let them know when it was ready. So I had to ask, is that for me? And he said yes. I understand that they have a lot of Door Dash orders, but they should know that this was an online order for pickup by the person ordering it, but they never called my name. We’re in for a rude awakening in this country when young people have no idea how to treat customers. And they (absolutely) don’t want to learn. I would say the food’s better at Firehouse, so likely won’t be returning.

Just had the #13 Italian and it was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. The staff was amazing: friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. Great food and great service. I’ll definitely be back.
