Stopped here for a quick bite after an appointment. Everything was delicious and they have a really delicious assortment of breads and baked goods on display and for purchase. Only gripe was that the person taking our order was so intent on telling jokes that they forgot an item we asked for. We ended up leaving any only realized it was missing after we headed down the road with our purchase. We did without because we were in a hurry so did not go back. Everything else we ordered was great. Loved their macaroni and cheese!

There appears to be a lack of quality control in this process. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and while the food was delivered, the order was missing basic items—specifically spoons and butter.
When I contacted Panera to request a resolution, I was told I needed to contact Uber Eats. However, Panera prepared and packaged the order for Uber Eats to pick up, while Uber Eats simply handled delivery.
As a result, I am still without a spoon or butter and unable to eat the soup I ordered.

We picked up lunch here and took it home. The food was packaged nicely, where nothing would spill or make a mess. We did the pick 2 option-my husband had Mac & cheese and a half a turkey ranch sandwich and I did the broccoli and cheddar soup with the poppyseed salad.
The soup and salad were good but the sandwich and turkey on the salad weren’t the same as they used to be.
It was pretty busy inside today but there were still seats, the parking lot was a bit of a different story!

Its so hard to order because everything is so darn good. Bread is always so soft and the ingredients are just a treat to the bread. I always end up needing to delete items or else the bill would be over $100 but I want it all soo bad. Maybe next time!

This is a favorite of mine in the past and yesterday my daughter mentioned she wanted to go and have the broccoli and cheddar soup with bread for her dinner.
I was very surprised that she would choose this store and when asked she mentioned it is a favorite as well.
Children really do live what they learn. Thanks to the brand owners of this concept for consistently get their food right with awesome people to serve it.

Every time I’m in this location, there’s an employee named Ken (possibly a manager) who hovers directly over the prepared food while calling out orders. He stands extremely close to the plates and yells order names at the top of his lungs. It’s honestly uncomfortable and unsanitary — I’ve seen visible saliva while he’s speaking over uncovered food. This is a serious hygiene concern and makes me think twice about ordering here.

I ordered my husband a tomato soup and grilled cheese. I was texted that it was ready so I got up to get it and the food wasn’t there. They ended up remaking it and sealed the bag. I thought nothing of. I get home give him the bag he takes the apple out and bites it. He instantly spit it out. I asked what happened? He said it’s bad. I took it from him and it was literally MOLDY and rotten! Wth! WHY WOULD THIS BE IN THEIR INVENTORY AND WHY WOULDNT YOU CHECK IT BEFORE ADDING IT TO SOMEONES BAG! DISGUSTING

I have been coming to Panera here for years. It has been getting progressively worse and worse with little attention or care from managers. The chairs are all stained from hair (see photo), the toilet seat has been broken for over 3 months (discussed with manager 3 times), half the bench seats as missing padding and cannot be sat on, bathroom always looks dirty and walls stained, and nothing seems to get done. It’s just going downhill. Hopefully corporate sees these reviews and does something!!!
