Me and my friends went close to closing time and the man with the blind ponytail had such great manners and patience and overall was so kind. Coming back and forth to our table to see if we needed anything else and overall made it a wonderful experience. Food was also great!

Ordered 2 chocolate shakes and there was barely any chocolate in either, they remade one only for me to start drinking and finding dark yellow chunks in it. Highly disappointed and really highly disgusted!!

I usually only stop here for a bag of their ice. I’m addicted!! But last time, they handed my bag of ice to me, not full and not tied very well at all, I grabbed it and half of my ice came out of the top of the bag and went all in my lap and all over my floor boards and all the employee could say was, “oh”. No apology, and no offer to replace the ice that I had paid $3 for.
