Starbucks, my favorite meeting place!! When I shop at Kroger’s in Gahanna, I always get a Warm Chai Latte to shop. When I visit Canton, Ohio to see friends and family, where do we meet so everyone can get their favorites. STARBUCKS!!! They ARE EVERYWHERE!! Which is a blessing. If I go thru a drive- thru, I always pour my Warm Chai Latte into my favorite cup and thank God for this blessing!! Keep creating more everywhere, even at Heaven’s door!!!

I was in roughly 30 minutes ago. Had some issues with my payment method- had to leave get corrected and was able to go back in a few minutes later to retrieve/pay for my order. I was completely chaotic and all over the place. The cashier working the register couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating. Thank you Amanda for understanding and having grace with me through it all. Greatly appreciated!!

This was the worst service that I have ever had at any Starbucks.
At first, I asked if they had a specific drink. The employee at the register seemed annoyed that I asked, making facial gestures. After ordering, I wasn’t given a receipt and she didn’t ask for my name.
At the time they weren’t busy. We waited for 10-15 minutes and no one said anything yet. We went up to the counter to ask and there had been 2 drinks sitting in the corner of the counter.
A different employee said, “if thats what you ordered then it’s yours. Look at it and see.” “It doesn’t have a name on it.” The young man was standing right next to the drinks.
A 3rd employee was standing next to the 2nd and said “just take it, its just coffee.”
I was shocked of how rude and bad the service was.
One of the drinks was not even correct as they forgot to add carmel and mocha drizzle to my drink. This was one reason i asked if the drinks were mine in the first place, since it wasn’t exactly what I ordered.
On top everything, the place was very dirty. It is unbelievable that this Starbucks had 3 employees and all 3 were rude and incompetent.

If I could give a zero I would! I placed my order through Uber and once my items arrived this is what was inside. Why would you even sell/send these eggs bites!?! Their burnt and hard. Of course I called the STARBUCKS ON THE STRIP TO COMPLAIN. Spoke with Andrew who was rude and I was put on hold to speak to the manager who was also rude. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Today was a release day for a seasonal item, and they refuse to sell me the item, despite having more in stock and having more inventory of that item when I questioned the associate working the tall dude with glasses, short brown hair, dark eyes who was working the morning shift this morning at 4:30 AM
