My order was a couple minutes later but that didn’t matter a bit to me because of Jason who I talked to about this politely explained that they were a little bit behind from a surge of orders. He was polite , helpful and made my order to perfection, my order was perfect in appearance, perfectly cooked and all 3 items were piping hot. I had to walk all over the campus of this place I’m picking up a load from to find where the delivery dude dropped the pizza off at.
I got angry, bc I gave specific instructions on going around to the back of the place where the semi trucks are. They said they called, but they didn’t.
The guy who answered the phone when I called to find out where it was, was rude fr. Yeah I was mad, and yeah I said a few choice words, but only after dude acted like it was no big deal that they dropped off my food to strangers and never even bothered to call me. They had no issue calling to get payment when the online order was transferred to their store though.
You know ppl make it really hard on truckers to get anything to eat aside from the grocery store.
We try to eat healthy most of the time, but I like to eat a pizza once a month bc well,… it tastes good. Finding a pizza joint that we can get to and isn’t a complete waste of money is difficult. So I have delivery to the truck when we are gonna be somewhere long enough. I’ve had groceries and pizza delivered all over this nation and this is the very first time my order was given to strangers.
Now even though the pizza was cold by time I located the front desk and then walked back to the truck it was surprisingly very good. Thankfully the folks that was in the office seemed like decent folks bc I was leary to eat it, yeah I’m a bit crazy I know. I mean you have to be crazy to be a trucker, it’s a requirement.
Anyway, pizza was great. The delivery was……. an experience…… the staff was 50/50. First girl I spoke to was very nice, not sure if she relayed my message to the delivery guy though bc she said it was in the notes……. second dude, a real… *cough*….

One time I was given a small when I ordered a medium. Kacey remembered her mistake when I reached out to customer service about it. It has been corrected every time I visited since the mistake happened. What also makes this better is that I can order food on my lunch break and it is made fresh and fast. I don’t have to always leave my workplace for meals.

Great service tonight!! Food was on point!!! I did not have to WAIT for someone to come to the counter. As soon as I hit the front counter, a nice gentleman came upfront in like 2 seconds!! Everything I ordered was on the counter!! That’s what I’m talking about Ankeny Domino’s inside Walmart!!
