Was in town Feb 7th and thought we’d eat at Arby’s. Placed an order through the app (had a bogo beef ‘n cheddar) and a order at the counter for a French Dip meal and a large curly fry.
Got the counter order pretty quickly, but took a long time for the online order. I finally noticed that my food was at the line and there was no one around to hand my order to me. I asked and got it. When I got to my table, there was literally less than a teaspoon of cheddar sauce on my sandwiches.
The bathroom sink was disgusting, so bad I almost didn’t wash my hands. Rest of the bathroom seemed ok, but didn’t look close because I just went in to wash up.
We arrived about 8:30pm. One employee had just picked up the entry mat when we pulled into the parking lot. We thought it might have been closed. Then he saw us coming in and threw the entry mat down. He had a horrible attitude. I left a review at Arby’s.com or where ever QR code on the cup takes you. The next day I had my phone on silence, and noticed 4 phone calls with none of them leaving a voice mail. Then I got a phone call from someone (they didn’t identify who they were but I assume a manager) on Monday the 10th who was nothing but excuses! I said I didn’t need his excuses and hung up. He called back and I told him I was done with Arby’s, and hung up. He called again but I didn’t answer. I answered the 4th call and yelled at him to stop bothering me.
Atmosphere and service would be a zero if I could, food a 3 because the fries and french dip were ok. I should note that someone from corporate did email, but if you go to Yelp and look, someone else had the same poor service the same day only 30 minutes after us.

Whoever the front man (beanie, long hair, bigger) is needs to get his life together. Every time I come in he ignores customers, cusses at everybody, throws stuff around, complains about his job, and is disrespectful to the door dashers. If my husband didn’t love this place I’d never be here.

The Arby’s Pierre South Dakota was the worst experience I ever had a fast food restaurant! The lady at front counter was taking our order and was coughing a lot and not once covered it. I thought I give this Arby’s one more chance. So we ordered our food and she kept telling us what she thought she heard. I had to repeat to her 3 times what I wanted but I got the meal and it was still wrong. Also when she handed our drinking cups she grabbed the cup normally but she put her hand inside my kids cups and my wife’s cup, With this lady working with public serving people food why wouldn’t she have a mask on if your going continue to cough a lot also why would she put her hand inside our cups! Disgusting! I couldn’t say anything to my wife as she didn’t want me make a scene of the situation. So I washed all our cups out with water at the pop machine. Now the meals was extremely bad but after paying $44 for the horrible meal we had to see what was we can choke down for our food. Better business bureau needs step in as this is a public restaurant. I’m not even go into what restroom smelled and looked like!

Food on the ground can be seen from register area. No greeting upon visiting this location and no acknowledgement as they saw me enter the establishment. Not sure customer service is their priority and could be being a little picky but I trust that 5 minutes standing in place gave them ample time to greet me.

*update 12/30* the manager and above restaurant reached out regarding our experience and have been very professional and have shown fabulous customer service!

We visited 12/23/2024.
What my family and I experienced here, was truly, one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional fast service experiences in my entire life. Upon entering the establishment with my husband and young children, we were greeted with an exacerbated “OH MY GOD DUDE, MORE PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY” said employee then proceeded to leave the register to get, what I can only assume was the manager? When she came to the front registers she proceeded to yell “WELL. WE’RE OUT OF ROAST BEEF. SO WHAT DO YOU WANT.” In a tone that seemed annoyed at our presence. At this point, I was ready to leave. But our children were so hungry and fussy from being in the car for almost 3 hours. So we decided to get some chicken strips and fries. We received our food, which was missing an order of chicken nuggets for our one year old. When my husband approached the counter with his receipt, the manager again, seemed so annoyed and made it seem like my husband’s fault. We got our nuggets, and sat down to eat. Said manager? (Again, I don’t know their role) Proceeded to almost THROW dining room chairs while moving them and loudly banged tables together, all the while saying expletives under their breath (not quietly). My 5 year old was frightened by this whole experience and thought he was in trouble, or did something wrong. He barely ate, and cried when we got to the car.

I really dislike writing negative reviews. I definitely try to give the benefit of the doubt, I understand that these employees are likely short-staffed and frustrated, though we could have been treated better. We’ve had good success at other Arby’s locations, as our family road trips often. But this was utterly terrible.

Food was cold enough that the cheese on a sandwich wouldn’t melt, the bread was hard, forgot sauces, and there was nothing but meat on my beef and cheddar with a sesame bun that was also cold.

If you order in the drive through check your order before giving your credit card or cash and get a receipt before leaving the window. Personally I don’t know if I will ever go there again. Personally I do not appreciate being hung up on when I am calling in a complaint
