Outstanding beer. According to the very helpful owner and brewers, they are all brewed in the German tradition. I got a flight in between hikes and thoroughly enjoyed them all. Their ideology tends more towards the ideal examples of each kind of beer rather than experimental combinations. It is right up my alley.
I ordered the currywurst, which comes with fries. It is a small dish and perfect for a light lunch. The currywurst was delightful in texture and taste. The curry sauce surprised me by balancing mildness with spice. I fail to imagine a better small plate.

Super delightful brewery with two locations. We enjoyed some great beers along with a giant pretzel and some decent wings. We were able to sit outside and soak in the beautiful weather. We’ll definitely check out their other location next time we’re in the area.

Wonderful and unexpected spot in Hendersonville. My wife and I stopped in with 2 pups after a day of hiking. The German food was excellent and the beers were delicious. Music bingo was the icing in the cake! Highly recommend stopping by for a beverage and ask about the To-go seconds.

I did not expect schnitzel at a brewery. It was delicious. The burger was also nice and juicy and not overdone. The wings were plentiful as well. The beers were great. Highly recommended.

We had a delightful time at the brewery. Our little group sat upstairs on comfy sofas and spent several hours enjoying our beverages and talking. We didn’t eat, but the food sure smelled great! I was glad to see that a full bar was offered so while my friends enjoyed beer and wine, I got to sip a good whiskey. Will definitely return!

The food is absolutely amazing! No matter what you get on the menu, it’s excellent! I LOVE the pretzels. Those things are bigger than your head! I cannot wait to go back. Johnny and Lamar deserves all the love we can give them for making our taste buds sing for MORE!

Guidon has the best beer in town. The Pilsner is just great, feels like home. However, the owners make sure all their beers is always top quality. But it‘s not only the beer, the staff, the kitchen, they are all a great team and you always feel welcome. If you have not tried, you need to do it. Trust me it‘s goooood.

Oh the German Black Lager is so tasty! We’ve been going to Guidon since they first opened and they keep us coming back for the great beer, food and friendly service. Very dog friendly.

This is a great spot tucked out of the way in downtown Hendersonville. Beer was great, food service was a little slow but we did drop a group of 20 on them unannounced at 2pm on a Sunday. With that said all of us who had to wait awhile on food, said that was well worth the wait! Burgers it’s worth the detour if you’re looking for good food, great craft beer and relaxed vibes. They had football on too.
