On 03/06/2026, I went there around 9 PM and ordered a Chocolate shake using drive thru, it took 10 minutes for the order to arrive and there were no other customers before me or inside the store. When the lady brought it, she was talking on the phone in Gujarati talking about parcel/package stuff, how I know because I speak the same language. If you want to talk on the phone do it outside work. People like the lady ruin customer service and others perception of certain race when they experience such service. The worse part is the shake was not good at all, it was more of taste of milk than chocolate. I have had Chocolate shakes at Baskin Robins many times and I know what they taste like. Instead of focusing on a phone call, focus on delivering the correct product. NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION.

A few of the staff members are great but recent addition has made this place one I will not go to anytime soon. Main reason is not the food or temp of coffee (that is fine). On 1/11/26 I had asked for a large coffee and a small cup. The employee at the drive-thru stated they always charge for a small cup on the side. This was very strange to me as its just a cup I am asking for (which I have done multiple times in the past). I said so there is no way to just give me a small cup for now and I acknowledge the policy. No comments from him and he just said sorry. To not hold up the line I drove off but this was just a service overall! I come here at least 5-6 times a week and will now go to a different Dunkin a mile down the street. Sad way to not uphold this odd practice and to lose a long time customer.

One of them said I am busy wait.

I usually don’t write the reviews but my experience at this location was awful. Customer service is worst at this location. Went to get a coffee, paid for it and asked for receipt. The server (Henil on receipt) literally closed the windows on my face without giving me a receipt. Waited for few mins and then another lady saw me so I asked for the same, finally got my receipt. I would never go to this location, wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. I wish I could complain in DQ corporate about this kind of behavior!

Great experience every time I come here. The coffee is always fresh and made just right, and the staff are friendly, fast, and welcoming. Service is efficient even during busy times, and my order is always correct. Definitely one of my go to Dunkin’ locations!

I feel like the bar is already set pretty low for Dunkin’s as a whole.. but this one is truly terrible. Drive thru never moves. You go inside and they ignore you. Orders are constantly wrong. I highly suggest driving the extra couple minutes to find a better one near by.

This is my hidden happy place!! This location is the BEST Dunkin’ I have ever been to. The staff that work here are the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a Dunkin’. They always act happy to see me, are jovial and happy at the drive thru, and my order is ALWAYS correct and tastes delicious (both drinks and food!). It’s a hidden gem and they deserve recognition. Whoever owns this franchise, your staff is fantastic and I look forward to my trips here!!

Took away some donuts from this place, while some were fresh; most were atleast 4-5 days old (hard & frosting melted). The Indian bros running the joint are literally recycling everything back to paying customers instead of throwing stale food away. Worse is that Dunkin has turned a blind eye & is complacent. Save your money folks – grab the dozen donuts from Walmart or Jewel at 3rd of the price – they will still be fresh.

Went inside to place and order and was ignored by 6 employees. 3 of them were standing around laughing and joking without even greeting a waiting customer. I waited for 3 minutes while being ignored before turning around and walking out. I wonder how much business this location loses just based on interactions like this? This was 11am on a Saturday not exactly prime rush either.
