Ordered pot pie & 12 piece chicken. Pot Pie tasted like flour. Chicken dry and way over cooked. I ate the pot pie, because I had nothing else. The chicken is not eatable!! Waste of $40!

Every time I get something from this place it’s always a problem. I just ordered a chicken sandwich they put no sauce on it. Ordered a famous bowl they literally gave me 3 pieces of chicken fat. Plus I have to beg for sauce. Ain’t that much saving in the world.

I believe when people share reviews that they are more apt to leave a bad review than a good review. And I had a good experience at this KFC today so I felt like they deserved a good rating for it. I ordered a pot pie it’s crisp fresh and delicious My chicken is extra crispy and not soggy and y’all this mac and cheese is delicious! Now about the lady at the window this afternoon. She was very friendly had great manners and worked expeditiously to get my order together. I was just there about 20 minutes ago if even that.

Went at 9:10 pm. No chicken filets. No fries. No cole slaw. No crispy chicken. Had nothing I wanted to order. They told me the cooker is broken. This is the second time it’s been “broken” at night. Went to Arby’s instead. Got everything I wanted there with great service. If you go to this KFC after 9pm you might not be able to get anything, day shift is good though.

Went to the KFC in Marion Arkansas 3210 I-55 Service road, ordered jus the 4 PC tenders by themselves, was then asked wat dipping sauce, I told them brown gravy. Get to the window and I’m told, we only have 2 tenders, can I get you some extra nuggets? I was ok with that, then she tells me my order is $14. For 4 tenders!!!! I was charged for the gravy, a single chicken strip, and a 3 PC strip!!!! I thought dipping sauces came with the order!!! The lady was sweating profusely like she was on drugs and jus stared at me with her mouth open like I wasn’t speaking English. Do not go to this place, it sucks and the lobby was closed at 730
