The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. The selection of food was good. Multiple choices of sandwiches so no waste. You get a good portion of fries.
The only complaint I had was the bacon cheese steak only had 1 spice of bacon. Two would have been nice.

DONT USE CARD AT THIS LOCATION!!!! SUSPECTED EMPLOYEE THEFT!!!! I’ve only been here once, made one transaction for $63 about a month ago maybe more. I went through the drive thru. Last week I got a notification that my venmo account was overdrawn $101 when I finally got ahold of venmo I was able to find out what the transactions were. BOTH FROM CHARLIE’S ON A DAY I WASN’T THERE NOR HAD BEEN FOR WEEKS PRIOR. I went into the restaurant and confronted the manager who said the same thing happened to someone else for $299 but there’s nothing they can do. Gave me the number for a supervisor that goes straight to voicemail. I contacted the local police department. This is ridiculous!

Completely made our order wrong. Every single member of our group got the wrong order unfortunately we didn’t check while at the drive thru so we didn’t notice till we got home. Given one of our members has food allergies they couldn’t eat their meal. Stuff that wasn’t even listed on their meal on the menu was on it! Which is what they are allergic to. Very disappointed.

My biggest and only real complaint is the price. I got a large pepperoni cheese steak meal. $22.59 For ONE meal. I asked did you ring me for 2 orders??? Cmon this is a gouging if I ever had one. I can eat at a steakhouse for that price and get an actual cut of steak, larger portions… hate to sound like that but get real.

The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.
The bathrooms are even colder, it’s as though the heat isn’t working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.
People shouldn’t have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.
