This location is acceptable but does not meet the usual Dunkin’ standards. The staff could be friendlier, but my order was prepared quickly. I believe that additional staff training would greatly improve this location.

I went in today at 12:30 with my friends during her birthday to ask if they did Birthday freebies. There was a line so we chose to kindly ask the lady next to the pick up order station and we said excuse me three times, she was less than a foot away from us and wouldnt turn around, everybody in the building was hearing us and seeing her ignore us. She ended up turning around facing my friend and giving her the hand cutting off my friend. We not once disrespected her we politely were saying excuse me while she ignored us. The other lady working register even saw us and did not bother to help the situation, we ended up leaving. Very bad service, very rude, definitely not going back to this dunkin donuts location.

My friends and i went to dunkin and when my friend decided to get the drink and pay for it ,her card declined she just told to woman to cancel the order instead, but the woman said that she cant cancel it because theyre not allowed to even though they are. Then she told us to hurry up because there was a line and we kept telling her to cancel it but she wanted to argue and said “just pay for her” and we already told her that we dont have enough to pay for it. HORRIBLE workers ✌️

This location is terrible at making drinks. It tastes like I’m drinking hot water. The workers need better training. Will not be returning. There are better Dunkin Donuts in the area than this one, where the workers know how to make drinks.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Went just now with my baby asked the cashier up front for a spoon and she answered NO with a nasty bad attitude when I told her back oh you have a nasty attitude she answered thank you! I’m sorry what ?? First off how do you not have a spoon she just clearly did not want to give me one, second it was for my baby!! This employee needs to be evaluated this is not customer service and she clearly does not want to be working here. Will not be coming back here!!!

I barely ever come into this location because whenever I get my coffee the woman behind the counter who predominately speaks only Spanish has a problem with me asking for Stevia Sugar. Today I went in after 5 months of not coming to this location because of this reason. I got my coffee and went to add my sugar and saw there was no Stevia so I politely asked her if I could please have some Stevia and she flat out with an attitude said “we don’t have that we don’t have anymore” so I proceeded to tell her the green packet you don’t have anymore?? She still replied “yes” not knowing that I can see with my own eyes a whole display FULL of stevia. I said “you have some right there” to which she was shocked I could see it. I’m never going to this location or Dunkin period. You want to give me a hard time over a couple of packets of sugar. I cannot stand this location and won’t be coming back.
